It's bigger than I thought, so check the dimms. It works really well, two watches in there and one on the writs and no time is lost when chnaging between them. It's not 'noisy', but at night, when it is quiete you can hear the motor turning every 30mins. I am a very light sleeper, so woke up a lot on the first night I had it, but moved it other room and it's all good. Plus I keep it hidden as let's face it, it's a bit crap looking, lol. Ultimately does the job and is worth the money. I am going to check to see if there is a lock, I don't think there is though.

I can't add too much to other reviewers. It was a little larger than expected, in a shiny piano black case. The stated '30 day guarantee' that others have commented on didn't worry me, because if it breaks down within a year I would still return it and expect a full refund. I have had it over four months, it works well and very quietly (more quietly than a much more expensive winder my son owns). So far I'm very happy with it. I'm taking off one star just because of that 30 day guarantee which should be changed, and I am sure is in any case not enforceable!

Simple lines, clean and classic looking watch winder. Had it a week now and it does the job perfectly. Excellent value for money.

Used for hubbys 2 auto wristwatches so sat in bedroom , his old one sounded dreadful this you cannot hear ticking over. Excellent

This is a great looking piece of furniture. It runs smoothly with no noise and keeps my mechanical automatic watch running fine, however I wanted to use it for a Seiko Kinetic watch, I have an early model where the charge is held by a capacitor which has died and a new version where a lithium battery is used, at least to the best of my knowledge that is the case. The old version woks while I am wearing it but stops when I take it off so I haven't used it for some time, the cost of repair would be about the same as a new one so I bought the new one. It is the new version I wanted to keep in this box ready to wear whenever I wanted to go somewhere a bit more dressed up than a smart watch allows. Unfortunately it is not maintaining the charge and I can see the power reserve dropping everytime I check it. I'll just have to wear it.Otherwise this box is excellent in looks and function, does the job it is meant to for a mechanical automatic watch. It is quite a bit bigger than I had expected.

Slightly more noisy when loaded with heavy dive watches but not bad. Happy, and may buy again when collection expands.
