Works great to maintain dignity by keeping the diaper waistband from being visible to all. Under a regular button down shirt it looks just like a regular undershirt. The front facing snaps make opening/fastening easier than the other products that have them centered in the crotch. I needed to get a large, rather than my usual medium, to fit comfortably, but if you're using them to help keep the diaper in place a little tighter might be a good thing.

I am really glad that I read the other posts before ordering this bodysuit. Many people suggested to order this product a size smaller than you usually do. I did just that and it fit almost perfect. It was still a little long but after a few washings it fits great now. You must be very careful when you unbutton the snaps at the crotch. If you just pull on the snap the fabric will tear. Many other posts mentioned the same problem so I was aware of this and still had a slight tear right at the snap. I have learned to take hold of the large button snap and hold the fabric and it will snap off with no problem. The snaps are very strong and maybe an extra layer of fabric in this area will help reduce the possibility of tearing the fabric from the snap. I like wearing this bodysuit at night because I roll from side to side and it helps keep my diaper in place.

Because this onesie T-shirt is made of 100% cotton, it shrinks a little in the dryer so buy a size with this in mind. That said, we bought X-large to account for shrinkage, but found there is a significant difference between large and X-large, and had to return X-large. The T-shirt is comfortable. Purchased for someone in a nursing facility where the T-shirt is worn regularly. The person has six T-shirts that are rotated. One T-shirt lasts about a year because it wears out in the snap area.We have not found another company that makes this type of T-shirt that is sized to accommodate a Depend.. There are a few other companies that make onesie T-shirts, but they are cut much smaller and don't work if the wearer also uses a Depend. The T-shirt only comes in light blue and pink now; used to come in white. This T-shirt works well.I would recommend.

My wife and I care for our adult Special Needs daughter (37 years old). Wears diapers. With the Leakmaster onesie she wears stretch pants and a shirt or sweater top, doesn’t look institutional, easy to work with in the bathroom, easy to change diapers without totally disrobing. We have 6 onesies that we rotate and they have held up surprisingly well considering how much they get laundered.

This was purchased for my wife, who has dementia and is incontinent. She's 5'2" and 117 lb. and the small size fitted perfectly. She wears it over her Depends and Booster Pad at night. I purchased three, white, pink and blue. I'm very pleased with them. Soft and well made. I'll likely order a couple more.

This is not a bad product. I bought three of these so far. The one consistent problem I have with them is they do shrink after a couple of washings, and one of the snaps at the bottom did break. Easy fix though, with a thread an needle. It's a little difficult to get the sizing just right for these, but then again there aren't a lot of similar products out there. I have to wear diapers for medical use, and I work in an environment where I have to move around a lot, so naturally I don't want my underwear showing. The Diapering T-Shirt indeed helps with that and keeps the diaper firmly in place, just be careful with which size you get.

Good quality heavy cotton snap shirt. I have no complaints with the shirt or the price.With that said, unfortunately, (through NO fault of the item) my elderly demented mother was able to "get out" of it and pull off her adult diaper. She's a Houdini! We were looking for some way for her to keep her diaper on. (Caring for a dementia sufferer is a real challenge.) Too bad this wasn't it.Maybe if the snaps were located in the back of the item, it may have worked (?) No way to turn it around, as the neck area would have been too high.
