The chair is very comfortable but has a few design errors. We're on our second one in three months due to mechanical problems with the 5-point base, which first lost a caster as the socket cracked at a weak point in one of the supports in the casting then became a four-point base when the end three inches detached from the rest of the arm. I say it's a design error because the crack occured a the point where the coloured insert is attached. If the base was made with thicker infills it wouldn't have this problem. Also a reexamination of the composite used might be an idea.

I ordered this chair after looking at hundreds of them and seeing loads of negative reviews in the sub £150 categories. I wanted the most bang for my buck essentially and this chair has not disappointed me. It is comfortable, has great support with the chair and cushioning, it's easily adjusted when I'm working long days and I love the colour. The only let down for me were the instructions, easy enough to follow I suppose but they could have been clearer. I've assembled a few of these kind of chairs and have had better quality instructions in them than this did but if you have a bit of common sense and patience it's straightforward enough. I would definitely recommend this chair! Great value for money.

No se cuángo llevo con ella, pero es excelente.No conozco ni he probado sillas de alta gama, pero esta puede serlo anque el precio no sea de ese grupo.incluso puedo ponerla horizontal, y tomarme un descanso luego de muchas horas de trabajo, y no se cómo, pero no se va para atrás como creí que sucedería.He visto una queja de que los brazos se giran con facilidad, pero eso es correcto. Si quedaran fijos serían molestos para sentarse, levantarse y en otras situaciones.El apoyo lumbar, no lo utilicé ni medio minuto, pues no parece estar pensado para un ser humano, así que lo guardé en algún sitio, pero el cervical creo que es imprescindible y está colocado de modo permanente.No tengo ningún comentario negativo sobre esta silla. Me echo mínimo 16 horas al día, y estoy perfecto.Con lo que tenía antes, a la hora ya comenzaba a buscar nuevas posiciones.Por mi experiencia, la recomiendo sin dudar.

It's comfortable. Quality is good, easy to assemble. What I don't like, arm rest could be slightly higher. Sitting on it in shorts is bad. Your skin will stick to it and if it's hot you will probably leave an awkward and sweaty body print on it 🙃

Lovely ergonomic chair, support is right balance of firm and comfortable. I have experienced a worsening of back problems due to using my dining chair to work from home since March, and purchased this to ease my working conditions! Sadly it took over a month to dispatch, but I am pleased with it. Easy to assemble, with assistance for the back piece to the base. My partner and brother (both avid gamers with their own gaming chairs) have tried it out and are pleased with it too. I like that the covers have zips, so that I can take them off for cleaning. The lumbar and neck support are good quality. I also like that the logo resembles a cat face, and I'm going to stitch whiskers on to it to make it resemble a kitty even more! Am finally sitting comfortably working from home 8 hours a day. I even got in a Dark Souls session after a working day haha. Great value for the price, would recommend if you're not in a rush to receive.
