The backpack is nice, comfortable and not bulky but holds a lot. Zippers and material seem to be durable. I occasionally commute on a motorcycle and this backpack serves the purpose well. As for the company, Ravin Brands contacted me to see that I had received the backpack and that I was happy with my purchase. I would most definitely purchase from this company again.

The bag is great... water resistant, fits a lot, comfortable on back, and has many compartments which is great for traveling! The buckle ripped on the front on my way to Guatemala, and as soon as I contacted the seller, they immediately offered to take care of me. By far the best customer service I've had in a LONG time. Good back pack but handle broke within 3 days.. Not sure it will help in tracking or long run.

Good, tough, and stylish backpack. I use it as a dojo bag, a laptop transporter, and a general use backpack.

I bought it for our family Disney trip and one of the straps ripped off of the bag as soon as we arrived at the park. Other then that it worked pretty well but I probably won't use it again with the ripped strap.
