They work well. Had to refit one because I didn’t let it heat long enough and cooled to an improper fit ( my fault). Pretty easy to use and mold with direction and the kids said comfortable. Seems good quality, they are using for sparring.

I've bought a few of these (my dog thinks they're chew toys, yes, even when they're in a case in my gym bag). You really need to follow the instructions to a T when it comes to fitting -- I think I had to do the process 2-3 times for the perfect fit with each mouthguard. But it isn't a time consuming process. Love the colors, a lot of people complimented the pink one I got last. Keeps the teeth safe!

Bought this product for mma training and its not bad but there is just other stuff better for training.I used it for other sports and to run and it works great, a bit thin but it is comfortable and holds up biting.

I grind my teeth super bad at night, so much to the point I am resorting to wearing this sport mouth guard at night... it formed good to my teeth, was super fast to mold, and stays in my mouth all night. It is big, but it's preventing damage to my teeth. I got the pink, comfortable for its size.

Its an okay first time mouth guard. I just didn't like how bulky it was and I had to reform it to my mouth twice before it fit right. I prefer my shock doctor guard.

easy to use, good size, and very comfortable. This mouthgaurd is good quality and has for sure saved my teeth.
