BodyTrain A7 Jet GT Motorised Treadmill

This treadmill for what you’re spending is good. The running belt is generous as is the max user weight. It’s quite heavy and difficult to move around but once it’s in place it’s absolutely fine. The melt can be a little squeaky - but again doesn’t stop it’s use. Maybe just normal running noises? Overall I’m happy with this treadmill and thankful for being able to get one to help my mobility when I wouldn’t normally be able to exercise.

Its a decent enough product.

The product is of poor quality, when i immediately attempted the return, the seller refused to have the item uplifted, suggesting I return it at my own cost which would be approx £100 due to size and weight. Disgusting customer service!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I use this machine daily for walking I use it at a fast pace for 35 min ideal

This plug came with two prongs as opposed to the three required. After full set up there is no way to power the machine.

i cannot recommend this product, firstly no customer service contact, secondly terrible instructions for assembly and parts in the packaging which do not march the instructions and thirdly no clear instuctions to where the oil box can be accessed.Pay a bit more for a reputable company who has a phone number
