This book is a must have for anyone & everybody. It has a lot information & things to prepare if someone can not give you the information (whether it be death or illness.) It also includes information you wouldn't have even thought about. Glad to have it and be prepared! Nice little book and great quality as well.

Has most of the information you need to make a simple will plus some things that I didn't need.If you just have a small amount of property and money this is a great way to list who gets what.I'm single and my kids are getting little bit I own my home and a retirement IRA or something like that. I also have one vehicle and some banking accounts that I was able to list along with who gets what. I still need to be sure that all the financial items have notorized papers as to who get what.This gives a good form to follow in writing my "will". The other book is the actual one I followed, though.

I was kinda nervous to buy this and am glad I did. Give me and my family a peace of mind.

Use this document to help kick start the estate prep process. Easy to get started and help identify some necessary requirements. The best part is the pages are perforated so you can remove them, take them to get notarized.
