Larger than I expected, not complaining… the quality of the products and bag itself are great !! I love the organizational compartments makes things much easier to locate in a hurry! I was a former EMT and a Combat medic in the Army. I have always taught my training medics that if you cannot use an item in your aid bag for at least two other things don't carry it as space and weight are critical. This bag has enough for the basics but is lacking in the everyday small things. The space it has as well as the amount of modifications you can do to it make it very easy to add to. I keep it in my vehicle and added items for mass care and common medications. Either way this kit is easy to add to and is similar to the bags we kept on the rig. I am considering getting a second one to keep at the house for other emergency's.

A very nice pack. Very well built from inside out. All of the inserts too. The oxygen equipment is top notch and all of the first aid items are of quality but there was not nearly as much as I expected. When I got it all packed up it seemed pretty light on essentials that I normally carry for overland 4x4 trips. I guess this leaves room for the things I like but for the money it sort of felt unbalanced a bit.

Good supply of 1st aid supplies. Goal was to have it available at home for emergencies and in vehicle on road trips.
