These arrived really quickly, in just a couple of days. The packaging is really pretty and functional. It’s a 150mg a day dosage so just one capsule.The capsule is a standard size so easy to swallow with water.Reservation can be difficult to absorb so it might help to take with black pepper to improve the effect.Resveratrol is a great antioxidant and helps keep the heart and blood vessels healthy. So it’s a great supplement for the summer or if you or a family member has heart issues.It’s great that this product comes with a GMO free and vegan promise and there is a donation made to an Alzheimer’s charity when you buy Focus brand products.I haven’t used the product long enough to notice any physical change but it’s comforting to know I’m topping up my anti oxidants levels (without having to drink lots of red wine!) particularly when the sun is shining.All in all I’m pleased with my purchase

since taking these supplements i am feeling good.

I have been taking this product for few months now. As my travel time to/from work takes 4h and my working day is 10h, it results in a chaotic lifestyle, sometimes with lunch missed/skipped ( nurse, deh!), so I wanted to ensure that I do what I can to maintain my immune system up and so far I am very pleased with this product. Stress, chaotic lifestyle, not enough sleep can lead to a compromised immune system and I feel this product has really helped( no cold, no flu, no cough) . I wanted a clean and strong product with value for money and I chose this product . From my perspective, I definitely recommend this product.

Face seems less tired and I feel more energy after taking Resveratrol for a couple of weeks.

Not long started taking these so unsure the full effects of these, however I do feel like my skin is brighter within just one week and can't wait to see the long term effects. The tablets are very easy to swallow with a glass of water.

I'm really liking the transreservatrol supplements. I suffer with joint pain particularly at this time of year when the weather gets colder and wetter and I've found my joints haven't been affected as badly since taking the supplements. In the coming months I'm hoping to see longer term benefits such as a lowering of blood pressure. Although I have a bmi of 21 I have slighy raised BP and the research suggests these supplements may help with that. I will report back in a couple of months.

Resveratrol comes from the skin of red fruits, such as berries or the skin of grapes. I use this for firming my skin and having a glow skin, as the Resveratrol is full of anti-oxidants. Its really good to take these at leats twice a year as it can help prevent cancers and other ailments. The anti-oxidants of the resveratrol will oxygenate the cells keeping our body/and organs healthy and young.These are good quality and for the price is very good.
