Excellent protection device, every under-counter RO system should use it!
This is an excellent device- simple design, totally effective. We put in an under-counter RO system below the sink, and that has potential to leak. This is cheap, easy to add, and trouble-free- but a quick test shows it works great!

Hard Stop
Easy setup and installation. Tested the functionality and hope it never needs to be used but it should stop the water line in the event of a mechanical coffee maker malfunction :)

It works
It works like its supposed to. I'm using it inline as a safety for a float style auto watering shutoff for my dog dish. One dog likes to knock it down into the water dish, which activates the automatic shutoff. Even having been fully submerged for hours, and the unit itself not being waterproof in any sort of fashion, after disassembling it and drying it out, it's continued to work flawlessly over the past several months.

Exactly what I was looking for
I was once filling up my water bottle and got distracted for 5 minutes or so. Came back to water all over my countertops and kitchen floor. Thanks to this device, I won’t have to worry about that happening again.

Read, important!
It might work ok, but be aware the threads are British standard, not what is used in the USA. This prevents using this directly into your plumbing in the USA. If you use the 1/4" or 3/8" plastic adapters, that isn't a issue, but it just leaves more potential leak points.This is not mentioning in the description.

Super product
We bought this for our basement. We have fish tank motors downstairs and with all the rain our basement kept getting flooded. This water leak detector lets us know if any water went in the closest. So far it has done a great job of alerting us if any water leaks. Super easy to install and connect. Outstanding performance so far.
