Not much in it. Not clear as to what you get in the advertisement. Very little materials.

I bought this for the furniture as I am an Interior Decorator. I was very disappointed in the selection of items. The rest of the book is just graph paper. I can draw my own furniture that is more realistic.However, I know a little boy who will love it!

This allows me to move pieces of paper around, not huge furniture!

It would take hours to cut out every piece of furniture needed. I thought that they were stickers that could be applied to the graph paper. That is not the case!
