How do these compare to the stock Rancho brand that are currently on my vehicle?

I can't tell you the difference between the two. I have never used Rancho products before, although I know they are a very good product. Bit spendy for my needs. Was a mechanic for many years, and I always promoted Monroe, But that was many years ago. Today most manufactures will make the best quality product they can. Although I would never buy foreign products.

I have a 2015 silverado 1500 LT what is it saying about magnetic ride control only? I just want to make sure this will fit my truck thanks

Fits 4x4 only. Suspensions are different on two wheel drives compared to four wheel drives. Because of the weight difference and the GVRW, you need a heavier duty strut and shock to handle the weight difference..
