Don't need to replace in a long time.
Looks to be a good SS elbow. It is a very thin gauge material though.

Stainless Steel is the way to go! Black Pipe burns out in just a year or so. Protect yourself and family with Stainless!

It is new and it fits.
This replaces a 30 year old elbow in my chimney pipe that had finally deteriorated. Fortunately, it fits.

Painted pipe usually smells bad when burning off.
As cheap as you can get stainless stove pipe.

It's what I ordered
Just installed it for my wood stove chimney outdoors so it will take a while to be sure it holds up as SS would be expected. The joints moved smoothly to the angle desired. Neither end is crimped so keep in mind you will likely have to use a crimping tool to fit it into your chimney system.
