Purchase the item accordingly to the chart’s size and it was to big from a XXL down to an XL I’m 6’2 250lbs semi-fit. XL fits great and they are wide, I’m happy

If your looking too sweat it out around the waist then you should definitely grab one.

I'd recommend a single or maybe two straps. These three straps move all over the place and sometime over one another during activities. I will not recommend these

I think this is a great product for working out. I purchased two one for me and my husband unfortunately he did not like it, he stated that it was too much work to put on, it looks too much like a girdle, so I will send he's back, for me it's perfect it supports my posture while working out, walking or jogging. I really sweat off inches, I highly recommend it especially if you do not mine the little hooks to put it together.Thank you

Soy mujer y depronto esperaba que fuera un poco mas fuerte en la espalda para el tema del dolor de espalda, pero funciona bien para mi, para la movilidad, tuve una bebe. El largo es perfecto, pero creo que debi pedir una más pequeña pero según la tabla M(81cm-87cm) era perfecta para mi pues mi cintura es 87cm, osea casi talla L. El velcro por ahora funciona bien y ayuda a apretar un poco más pero estoy en el último gancho, si funciona como espero puede que compre la talla SI am a woman and suddenly I expected it to be a little stronger in the back for the issue of back pain, but it works well for me, for mobility, I had a baby. The length is perfect, but I think I should have asked for a smaller one but according to the table M (81cm-87cm) it was perfect for me since my waist is 87cm, I mean almost size L. The velcro for now works well and helps to tighten more but I'm on the last hook, if it works as I hope I may buy size S

This is my wife's Amazon account. So this review is from a man. I ordered this trainer a week ago. It fits really snug. It does what's expected as far as slimming your gut and waist down by making you sweat. It's very supportive with the sides not bending, and it's actually very comfortable. Im not too crazy about the hook loops seeing it's hard to do looking over your belly to get it hooked up.. but i improvised by hooking it together and pulling it up and over my belly. Maybe that's how your supposed to do it..? Make sure to order your size by measuring from your belly around to your back, and not the waist. I ordered a large and I should've ordered an XL. But I love that it's very tight once I get it on. And the straps make it stay put. I've ordered a lot of waist trainers. This is the one if your looking for the right trainer.

Le produit est assez mince pour être porté sous un vêtement sans que cela paraisse. Aucun mode d'emploi ou information dans la boîte. J'ai essayer avec et sans crème et disons que je ne sentais aucune chaleur sans crème donc budget à prévoir pour l'achat de crème. Bon soutient du dos et vraiment confortable je l'utiliserai pour faire des travaux ou jardiner. Je dirais aussi que les attache de style corset sont un peu irritante. Je n'ai pas une équipe d'habilleuse pour installer mon corset. Ça aurait pu être plus simple mais bon... on va s'habitué. Je trouve le produit un peu cher mais il est de qualité.

It’s great as length cause I wanted compression on my upper abdomen! I find there’s not a lot of support around the front section of the belt! I adjusted smaller and it was still the same results so I don’t use it anymore! Went back using my faja!
