Great Soft Bait
I've used these stand-alone on a Texas rig or occasionally as a trailer. Taken bass both ways. Seems to be a decent value for the results. The outer flippers are subject to being torn off when it's "fish on" time - but all soft plastics take a beating on a strike.

These guys look kinda funky, and the way the hook goes through them is a bit bizarre for me, but they catch fish. I pitch them near cover, t-rigged with pegged tungsten. Hits happen usually right at the cover, and the fish tend to crush them and run.

Great plastic for a slow day
When the fish aren't biting I usually throw this on and fish it very slow and weightless. 2 hops and a pause usually gets a bite if there are fish around.
