seems fine, so far. its ugly, but , hey ho, it does exactly what I want. Protects a very expensive phone. I havent had needed to test it in water, and I hope I wont have to !

It's a good cover for the phone safety but finger prints doesn't work and the mic doesn't work properly through it.

The case is amazing, but doesn't work with the fingerprint and makes hard to read the notifications

The excellent design including the extra bulk and weight added to the phone not only fully protects it but makes it much less likely to fall out of my trouser pockets unnoticed (an expensive prior occurrence) ...it suits me just fine despite the bulk and weight.

The plastic screen guard is thr worst, as my finger couldn't sense anything .......Wasted my money, and was so disappointed

The case is exactly what it says it is. Robust, dust protection on the the charging point and protection on the S Pen,back and front protection.

Phone case is better than I expected. I didn't know if the fingerprint reader would work, and it works great. Sound is lower because of how great the case is protected, but you can still hear everything clearly. I love it. I am so glad I bought this case.

I have to say that I was surprised to see how well this case protects the phone. I have ordered this case for my new note20 ultra and was planning to go to the beach. I wanted to make sure that this works and I have done a small water test at home and I was satisfied that there was no water that entered the case and I felt really confident using this one at the beach without being worried.The size of the case was a perfect fit for my phone and had no issues putting it on.

It protects my phone very well, had it's first drop today actually, and the case did it's job. Plus it has full coverage. I hate the built in screen protector however, I used a razor to peel the screen protector off of the adhesive and I now use the phone without it. My only gripe is you can see the nice bronze color of my phone, but the camera is covered with a black non-transpearant plastic. I wish it came all clear so I could see the entire back of my phone. Other than that this purchase is good.

Update: I was adjusting the case, and I feel silly for this now, having extolled the virtues of this case. The cut outs for the microphone/speakers are not aligned properly. I couldn't figure out why people were struggling to hear me this time, but while the cut outs for the port and pen are correct, the mic/speakers are not. Go for a different case.Update: While I love this case and get compliments on it, the plastic covering the camera scratched so easily, it has rendered the camera unusable - not ideal for a waterproof case. I'm so bummed.I previously bought a case like this for my Note10 Plus because I was going on a kayaking trip. It was fully waterproof, still allowed me to take great pictures, had great protection.This case is better. First, it fits the phone properly - it's not too loose, and it's not too tight. it doesn't add a great deal of bulk to the phone, and it feels very comfortable in the hands.In buying cases like this that have a fingerprint sensitivity area, typically you have to wait for the case to settle on the phone for a couple of days to allow the fingerprint area to fully adhere to the phone itself. With this case, that only took a couple of hours. The fingerprint reader works better on this case than the previous one I purchase for my older phone, which was sometimes frustrating to get to recognize my print.The buttons on this case are far less stiff than my previous version, and they have good tactile response. I'm much more satisfied with the camera cover on this compared with the older style as well. The older style caused some interference with the wide zoom lens because the border was just a little too tight. There are no clipped corners in photos with this case using the wide zoom lens.I am hoping that this case doesn't scratch as easily on the front and back clear plastic as my previous case, but I can deal with that for the excellent value that it is in protecting the phone while still preserving full functionality. Especially for waterproof housing, the value simply cannot be beat. I've used many, many styles of cases on my Note phones, and the quality of this one is impressive. Best bang for the buck.

Bought this case for my son to fit his new Samsung Galaxy Note 20 cell phone. The case is clear and very durable, and all the buttons work with the case on. He highly recommends this case.
