I am an elementary band teacher and these masks are great! I use them myself while teaching and I also recommend them to my students (who lose the original band masks I sewed for them). I love the magnetic closure feature as well. I hand wash mine with some gentle detergent after every use and after using it for almost 5 months of teaching in-person, it is holding up very well! The only instrument I’ve struggled to play while wearing this mask is the Flute.

Very very thin material. At first I thought that I was sent the wrong mask since I couldn’t find or feel any magnets. Eventually I found the super thin “magnetic” pieces that aren’t even lined up between the mask and the flap. This mask is not symmetrical either. The whole thing “leans” toward the branding tag. I’m returning mine.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It has been helpful both in my teaching at a public school and my post-COVID gigs. The magnet closures work very well. Make sure to use their size recommendations when ordering.

Maybe this would fit a toddler's face. For an adult musician, this is so small it barely reaches the chin. You are better off not even using a mask. Don't buy this junk. What is wrong with you, Gator. I have always loved your products. This is ridiculous.

I originally bought the large size of this mask, not having found the measurement instructions below the ads and figuring that large was appropriate for an adult male. The opening for the mouth was too low, so that my entire upper lip was covered. While it was possible to insert my French horn mouthpiece and play, the downward pressure was disruptive and interfered with my technique. I speculated that a smaller size would have a higher mouth opening, and after I discovered the measurement information, I measured from the bridge of my nose to below my chin as instructed. Based on that measurement, I bought a small size. It turned out that the smaller mask still completely covered my upper lip, and it was so short with respect to the chin that the mask was completely unwearable.It's possible that a mask of the appropriate size would work for a reed player who can insert the mouthpiece in the mouth, instead of laying it against the lips.

I can't believe I paid $20 for this piece of junk. The face measurement chart shown in the product images is wildly inaccurate; according to it, I'd need smaller than an X-Small, which doesn't exist. Ordered a Small, and it barely reaches the bottom of my chin and jumps up off of it if I move my face or nose at all. It has absolutely no elasticity around the edges to fit snugly to your face, just kind of hangs there like I taped a napkin to my nose. The mouth hole doesn't sit well on the face and lets too much fabric get in the way when trying to put a clarinet mouthpiece through it. Also the flap is allegedly magnetized, but they must be the weakest magnets ever made. Very displeased.

I play trombone and bass trombone and it works perfectly! I got the 'large' size. Not sure if that's the size of the hole or the mask as a whole, but it works great.

Product does not look like the photos would have you believe. Rather, it is a very flimsy material that is extremely thin for the mask potion and a slight improvement for the "cotton flap" which is probably cotton, but the rest of the mask is not the same material. The magnets aren't really any good and the flap when in the up position shrinks the slit to put your mouthpiece through. It might be fine for trumpet and horn but not easy for my trombone mouthpiece to fit through. Probably don't buy.
