Before and After moulding, I found this mouth guard very easy to mould around my own teeth, it’s best after a couple of times placing it back in the hot water to make sure it fits your mouth.I’ve been suffering with lockjaw due to grinding my teeth in my sleep, this mouth guard feels comfortable, soft, and I couldn’t tell it was in after using it once or twice.I hope it fixes my lockjaw, but I’m happy with it so far

I found this nightguard far too bulky around the back teeth, and I had to remove it on the first night due to it making me gag, not to mention it was so uncomfortable. Next day, I decided to trim it. Since I had my wisdom teeth removed the guard was a little too long for me so, I trimmed a little off the length and curved the edges for comfort, then at the back, I trimmed where I found it too bulky and thinned the areas down. Now the guard fits perfectly and is so much more comfortable.

I’m really struggling to believe these positive reviews !!I tried and tried on my bottom teeth and they aren’t tight enough or a comfortable enough fitThey also set too quick and the stuff they are made from are too rigid and hurt my gumsEven made them bleed!!So tried the other set on my top teeth !Just as uselessNow left with no mouth guards that I desperately neededLoad of rubbish

This piece of apparatus is fabulous. Follow instructions and in less than 2 minutes your mouth guard is customised to your own personal shape. I adore mine. Helps me keep my mouth aligned during sleep. Prevents me severely fringing my teeth and causing more dental damage. Quality product that's well worth every penny.

I followed the instructions (you are only supposed to use on at a time, not top and bottom together).I have one molded for my top teeth and one for my bottom.First - i'm amazed how crooked my teeth are! I had no idea, they look fine in a mirror.Anyway, the molding process is super quick and easy, really cool tech.Once they cool down they set into shape which allows you to see your teeth layout which is kinda cool.I find it disconcerting though having one set of teeth just pusing up against a wobbly flat-ish surface that undulates along the opposing teeth. It makes me concerned my jaw might not be 'resting' in the correct way when I'm biting down on the thing... my jaw/teeth may be gettig push fowrward/back/sideways or whatever and I wouldn't know. So for that reason I have only worn them once for an hour and never again. I'm keeping them though as they are a cool toy to see what my teeth look like.

These did not work for me at all. I wrecked one trying again and again to get it to fit in a vaguely comfortable way and then gave up after a few goes with the second. The process of boiling and moulding is straightforward but I couldn’t get a decent fit which didn’t leave gaps or push my top lip out uncomfortably. They’re also very soft so wouldn’t be much use for people who grind their teeth.In the end, I got one custom made online using a proper impression and that fits wonderfully and comfortably.

Got professional ones made up for about 10x the cost but these are more comfortable and seem to be lasting longer. Wish I bought these first. Plus you wont cry when you accidentally throw them away in a fast food restaurant.One tip is that I would put on latex gloves when molding so that you dont get your fingerprints molded into the surface finish.
