I was having some health issues and was given a case of this product to see if it would help. I used it up, took about a year. Most of my health issues were diet and stress related and the greens made a good nutritional foundation for the other supplements and meds to work. As my health steadily improved and I felt better, I knew it was beneficial for energy and that it helped control cravings and I liked it. but figured any green powder would work the same. After I ran out I bought and tried a few different kinds of green powder in stores and was not too happy with them. Recently I decided to just look for the Energy Greens brand again on line and bought some. It is the real deal. The difference between this and the store brands I bought is huge. I have an array of food allergies and and I have no reactions to this product. I am a chocoholic and after a month my cravings are almost nonexistent. There will be no going back to the store for something else. My only complaint is that they have added sweetener. It is stevia, so not a bad sweetener, but i liked it plain so I could sweeten and flavor it myself if I wanted.

Provides all the necessary values for your health- good price point

Not the best tasting product health product that I've ever tried but certainly not the worst. As other's have said, the sweetness makes it more tolerable. One major benefit that I've noticed (even since my first glass two weeks ago) has been the loss of that groggy feeling between noon and 3pm. I no longer feel like I want to take a nap after lunch. Other than that, I can't report any noticeable benefits. I had some blood work done about two weeks before starting this product and I'd be curious to see if this drink has had any measurable beneficial affects on my cholesterol etc..... I give it 4 stars for the immediate improvement and (so far) sustained improvement in my mental alertness for those after lunch hours.

I have been trying naturally to heal my immune system for 2.5 years now (it will be 3 years Feb 28, 2016). I had contracted 3 of the worst flues possible all at once. I have been searching for something to combat the devastation of not only the flues, but the high powdered antibiotics I had to take. About 15 months ago, after I had just finished what I thought was the end of the medication(steroids),I got a severe eye infection. This infection was a direct result from my immune system being stripped from the steroids and the lingering effects of the flu.I started taking this product about 3 weeks ago (?). I really depend on this product. Although healing does not come over night, I can feel myself getting stronger with more energy. I had to stop (on my own, winged myself off) the steroids for my eye because the cure was to be worse than the infection. My eye is healing, slowly. I walk 3.4 miles 3-4 times a week. Yes, I have boughs of extreme exhaustion, but my recovery takes a lot less time. My husband is now taking this product right along with me. It is a journey.And to add to this while working on my second order of this product.....I STILL love it, it works for me and the renewed energy one receives is almost the best part of this product. Out alone the immune building part of this product.

I decided to try All Day Energy Greens in spite of the problems they had in the past. My hopes are that they have improved quality control and make a better product now. At this point, I haven't experienced any negative effects or any positive ones either. I'll continue to use the product and update the review.As others mentioned in reviews as far back as 2013, this product did not live up to its claims of being a beneficial superfood supplement and did make some people sick.If anyone is wondering about the company's past issues, which are troubling, here is some background:In 2016, there was a recall of All Day Energy Greens due to reports of it causing gastrointestinal illness and other serious health issues.Lawsuits were filed alleging the product contained undisclosed toxic ingredients that made people sick. The company was accused of failing to properly warn consumers about the dangers even after becoming aware of the issues. A class action lawsuit claimed All Day Energy Greens contained a dangerous mixture of ingredients that could result in serious illness.The maker was sued for marketing the product as a superfood drink when it was actually toxic and unfit for consumption.The fact that they are still in business means they have hopefully cleared all that up.

My husband and I have been using All Day Energy Greens for 4 years. We can feel the difference when we run out. My husband has arthritis and he can feel the difference much more than I can. I teach PreK and it gives me the energy I need to keep up with my students. The taste is good, I just add the recommended water. My husband mixes it with juice. We will continue using All Day Energy Greens and very happy with it.I've also started using Ruby Red. I like the results from that also.
