Good Multi-Vitamins for Diabetics
I've been taking these Mulit-Vitamins for several years. As a Type-II diabetic they contain all the right stuff. I'm in good health and really have no way of knowing if these are helping to maintain that or not, but am continuing to take them as my research says they have the nutrients that I need.

Very happy with them
I've been using these for about a year now (maybe a tad longer) and am very happy with them. They don't affect my blood sugars, and overall I feel good and have hardly been sick compared to past years. Aside from the taste (which takes some getting used to) I'm very happy with them.
