Worked great for us! We needed something to hold our new projector screen on existing fence poles and with the screw that tightens it in the middle made for easy adjustments.

Price was great!!! They're holding a 30ft. 2" mast pipe going above my roof. very strong and durable cheaper than home depot Would recommend and would buy again.!!

I checked these on my fence posts and they fit fine and are very heavy duty, not just lightweight tin. These galvanized brackets should hold a rail up for many years. What a bargain for just chump change. Thanks

Other brackets cost many times more than this one, but are not necessary to get the job done. The only downside to this bracket is that you have to get it tight to the post, then mark and drill the holes in the sign to finish mounting sign to post bracket. The cost savings is worth it.

There isn't really much to review with a product like this, but it did the job well and I thought it might help someone else considering doing something similar.I replaced part of a chain link fence with a wood privacy fence and wanted to tie in to an existing post to transition from chain link to wood. This part made that quite easy to accomplish!The parts can be bent to work in a variety of configurations to accommodate different applications. In my case, I bent both legs 90 degrees to attach to the end of my 2X4 rails. To bend them, I attached the part to the existing round post and then attached a 2 foot length of 2X4 to the leg I wanted to bend and bent it! I then moved the short length of 2X4 to the other leg and did the same. My 2X4 rail then easily slid in place and could be attached with screws. I read on the manufacturer's website to be careful in bending, so that you only have to bend once. A second bend might lead to a weakness or even failure I suppose. I was careful, so this wasn't a problem, but be forewarned.I paid a fair price to BIC Superstore through Amazon for simple parts that works exactly as they're designed to. I could have ordered these from Home Depot, but it would have taken two weeks to arrive and they had a minimum quantity that when combined with shipping means I would have paid twice as much just for the few I needed.Good luck with your project!

I used these to attach a metal pole to a wooden garden bed to use as a trellis. The bracket is actually pretty well made, heavy and strong. The metal poles where on the heavy side but this is holding them firmly in place. I liked that you can use the screw to resize the grip to meet the width of the pole.

The soil where I live is like wet clay, so wooden fences are doomed to rot. But with 2 5/8" metal poles and a few of these things, you can still have your wood fence and have one that lasts. And the poles aren't much more expensive than treated 4" x 4"s. Best way to go in these parts.
