The plants that grew look more like spinach than any kind of bok choy only ended up with 6 plants and kept waiting for them to look different half had red stems and half just thin stems and soft leaves before blooming. The rabbits liked whatever these plants actually are and so did caterpillars but I paid hoping for bok choy. I normally grow just green beans, tomatoes and cucumbers since anything else brings in the raccoons and deer. I started the seeds indoors in containers so I watched them sprout and grow, whatever these were I wish I had known, not big on most lettuce but I do think these were a lettuce or spinach. Definitely way too expensive for whatever these plants ended up being.

Great germination rate! Growing some seedlings in a small growing box and they germinated within 3 days! Amazing! Bought some spinach seeds from this vender before and got the best flavored spinach. Great customer service. Will definitely buy from this vendor when I need seeds.

Overall, the flavor isn't as good by comparing to a variety from Northeastern China. Therefore, I stop growing this variety anymore.

You get a lot of seeds in the packet, and most of them germinate. At this point my plants are around 2 inches high, we will see what they taste like later. So far it looks very promising.
