Not what I remember Soppressata to taste like
Lots of Italians lived where I grew up in the 60's and 70's and they had smoke houses in their back yards. Always looked forward to when Soppressata came out. This product nothing like that. Not spicy at all and had a strange taste.

Very very good soppressata
This is a reorder. Frank and Sal got the best sopprasetta made. Very hard to find this quality online. This is very well done.
