This is Grade No 3 Carnauba Wax conveniently package in stand up pouch with zip lock. Carnauba is a natural vegetable wax exuded by the leaves of a palm tree (copernicia cerifera) and it is hardest natural wax available. The color and quality of the wax are governed by the age of the leaves and care used in processing of this hard, brittle, lustrous wax.  Beige to brown flakes or powder, with distinct odor of carnauba wax. Due to color and odor this wax is more suitable for making surf-wax, car-wax, furniture wax or soaps, sugar scrubs and hair masks. But use Carnauba Wax#1 to make any lip, face and eye cosmetics products. Soluble in alcohol, insoluble in water.
