Love it - Reviewers should read
I love this, I've been looking for some treatments for awhile now because we can no longer get prescribed medicine. Here's the thing, I don't really write Amazon reviews and I've been a member for a long, long time. But honestly, I think this is worth writing a review for because I know I will order this again. :PReviewers who were reporting that the stuff burns your face off, it means it's working. That's what it's supposed to do (but only apply on the affected areas, not your whole face lol). That's why their previous products didn't work, because they weren't "burning" off that bad bacteria off your face. And on that note, it only burns for like 1 minute. And that smell? It's ginger. It even says so on the box. If you've never had ginger ale for your stomachaches (which by the way tastes like Sprite, it's so yummy), then you should probably buy some at Walmart or Target, because I kid you not I love that smell. At least it doesn't smell like rubbing alcohol. So here's my in-depth review below...=> Back story: Back then when I was able to get prescribed medicine for my pimples, they were always a liquidy (similar to rubbing alcohol) type of medicine. It was a roller stick too, but not a metal ball like this one. The ones I had were a circular cushion/sponge that absorbs the liquid from the container, and then you rub onto your face holding the stick/container. This stuff has worked for me since middle school up through college. I am 26 now and can no longer get this type of medicine, hence why I'm writing this review because I've found a similar working product. :) Yes To Tomatoes!=> Product(s) before YTT (Yes To Tomatoes): My skin is generally pretty clean, but it gets dried easily and then it just breaks out every month due to stress and stupid hormones. So before YTT, I purchased the "Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Control 3-1 Foaming Wash," but this stuff made my face worse. You can tell when the acne isn't "natural" (red small pimples caused by the foaming wash). The problem I have with facial washes is that even though it cleanses my face, I feel like there's no medicine being absorbed into my skin because you have to dry your face afterwards. It could just be me, but washes have never worked on me, even with moisturizers. But you know, everyone's skin reacts differently, so it's all a matter of trial and error.=> "Burning sensation": It's been 1 day, and I can already see the difference of my pimples. As I said earlier, yes it burns a bit, but only for a minute or less. Don't overdo your face, only roll on the affected areas. I've used this on my forehead and a tiny bit on my cheeks, and it's lessening the spots/tiny pimples already. I do put some lotion on before this, and a tiny bit of moisturizer afterwards, but I would suggest not touching your face at all after using the YTT roller stick. Sleep on it and don't touch your face overnight. I know people complained about the burn, but I'm sure these people have tried other products and it did nothing for them. The fact that this burns a bit means the medicine is doing its job. In my "back story" where I mentioned my old prescribed roller stick, that one also stung a bit too but it would never last for over a minute.=> "The smell": The smell is not bad, in fact, I like it. People who also complained about this probably never had ginger ale before. And for those who don't know what that is, it's like a canned Sprite drink, and people drink this for stomachaches. The box even mentions "ginger" on it, so for those of you who don't know/like ginger ale, this product ain't for you. The smell lasts for 30 minutes up to an hour probably, but who cares about the smell? As long as the product works, that's all it matters really.=> Overall: I love it, as I said earlier. It's cheap; there's no shipping; the smell makes me want ginger ale; and best of all, it works just like my old prescribed roller stick. I suggest just using it once a day before you sleep, no need to go overboard on it. Just let it sting a little, let it do its work, and don't touch your face afterwards until you wake up the next day. A little moisturizer is okay, but I wouldn't put it on top of the YTT parts (probably just around it so you don't mess with the YTT liquid, even if the liquid has already dried on your face).Hope this review helps everyone! :) And good luck.

I've tried pretty much everything
I suffer from moderate adult acne. It was particularly bad a few years ago that I didn't like going out in public. My face was broken out all over and it was constantly weeping and/or enflamed. I tried the say yes line and love it. I've used proactiv, Murad, and Clinique. All of which worked great at first but eventually stopped working. This acne treatment is the only thing that helped treat my existing acne and prevent future acne for an extended period of time. Also I love that it doesn't make my skin feel raw. I use it morning and night and my skin hasn't looked this good since I was 8.

In Love!
I'm new to this skin care line but I am thrilled to be trying it. I got a facial at a local spa where this line was suggested. I couldn't be happier with the results of using the cleanser, moisturizer and spot treatment. I've been recommending it to all my friends, especially since there are other great products in this line (Say Yes To Cucumbers, Carrots, Coconuts and Blueberries) for different skin types. I'll probably never use another skin care line again!

I love this product. I'm so disappointed that it appears to be discontinued.

Not for those with sensitive skin
DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE FAIR AND SENSITIVE SKIN!!!!Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this brand. I use the face wash and moisturizer daily. This product, however, I was not impressed with.I used it on some acne I had, and it burned my face. Not just a minor little burn I could make feel better with water. This looked like a chemical burn where I used the product, and stayed for a week.I have no doubts this product works for other skin types, just be warned if you have sensitive skin!

One of the best acne treatments I have found
One of the best acne treatments I have found. I am an adult that still suffers from minor acne. This allows you to attack acne one bump at a time without drying out your entire face. And as long as your face is clean when you use it each time then you are not adding dirt/oil back to your face when you apply it since it is applied with the rollerball at the tip.

Powerful
I love this product. It is easy to apply, dries fast, and packs a bacteria fighting punch. I noticed a reduction in the size and redness of my current breakouts in about 24 hours. I noticed an overall reduction in pimples in a week. I did use the product in conjunction with the Yes to Tomatoes daily pore scrub.I would say to use caution if you have sensitive skin as this product does have a slight tingling sensation for about 3 minutes after application. It will dry out the skin if used more than directed.

Works well
I like this acne stick. I use in conjunction with other facial Yes to Tomatoes skin care products whenever I feel a pimple coming on. It clears them up for me in a day usually. Because my skin tends to be oily, I don't have issues with it drying out with this product. I like the roller mechanism and the scent of the product. All in all, very happy.
