I am a long time user of this product. This is a high quality product that does a nice job of keeping my liver and gallbladder clear. Every so often I pass small gallstones and bile. I take a lot of medications for pain and I don't want the toxic build up in my liver, so this does the trick.I highly recommend it

Finally a quality Milk Thistle that has a lot of capsules. Since I need to take 12 capsules a day, I was going through other bottles extremely quickly. It is ridiculous what they charge for milk thistle in the grocery store. I also appreciate that they haven't added anything to the milk thistle. I can confidently say that I have felt a difference in my liver since taking these capsules.
