Food Dehydrator, 12 Layers Commercial Stainless Steel Fruit Dehydrator, 1000W Professional Adjustable Temperature Control

For years I’ve dehydrated food (chicken breasts, liver) for my picky dogs. I’ve had two of the basic dehydrators that are round with stackable trays - both worked just fine and got the job done but this larger unit with square trays makes life a lot easier. I am able to make larger quantities, easier placing uncooked meats on larger trays, stainless steel is so much easier to clean. The unit functions easily, the touch controls for time & heat are easy to program, the locking door is nice and while I can hear the unit operating It is not loud or noisy. I’m very happy with this purchase and hope to get many years of service from this.

I make about 50 lb of beef jerky a week. I kept going through the smaller dehydrators. so I finally stepped up and went commercial grade. This is exactly what you should want it is very quiet. It is extremely easy to clean period and with the multiple temperatures and the light inside is incredible . I would recommend this

Ordered this food dehydrator and was so excited to get it. We ran it the one hour they said to burn off the oils and noticed the fan was not running. Upon further inspection we realized the blade was hitting the motor housing stopping it from moving. It looked like the blade was on backwards. Returned it and they shipped a replacement which we never received due to pkg lost by UPS. I asked Amazon to ship me another one and I was told the Vendor would not allow more than one replacement so they would have to do a refund which they did. I then ordered it again and got it yesterday and same thing. Fan blade catching on housing. Took back to UPS this morning. My sister-in-law has this one and she loves it and has had no problem. I saw hers and decided to order one so I think they just have a batch of them that were assemble wrong.

I have to say, I do love this food dryer. I was going to leave a 5 star review, however, I subtracted one star because of the companies policies. They say, just send us an email and you can get free silicone mats for your dryer. Well, then you have to fill out a form, then you have to make a review and send them a screenshot of the review. That, I do not appreciate. So My issue is with the policy, not the product. They should say straight up, you get silicone mats for a good review, not if you send the email requesting it, then make you prove your review.As you can see from the photo, the dryer is large, for size reference, those are quart canning jars next to it. I love the settings for temp and time. I love the metal trays. The cookbook was a handy starter reference. Instructions for set up were usable. I had a question, they responded via email. I just got it out originally to make sure it worked, as I did not plan on using it until the end of summer. But when I started playing with it, it was so awesome I just started drying things. I did not even know you could dry lemons, or cucumbers. They are all delicious. I think it may live on my cupboard forever! I have now had it about a year. I still love it. I would buy it again. If it lasts 5-10 years, I will be happy. If it lasts less than that, I will update this review. They say there is a warranty, I do not know what that will look like, but if I find out, I will update.**I did get the mats, and then bought extra fruir leather mats!

Love my new dehydrator. I’ve made lots of jerky in it and it works perfect. Took 5 hours to do a batch that filled every tray. Did veggies too and it worked great

I bought this in October and it was dead by January. Thankfully Amazon sent a replacement. First the temperature was way higher than the setting then it wouldn’t get hot at all. I just got the replacement and the temperature is still hotter than the setting. So I use an external digital thermometer to set it where it needs to be. Hopefully this unit lasts longer than the first because the price is competitive for the size. Good luck if you buy it

This is exactly what I was looking for in a dehydrator. Large capacity. I love the stainless steel, easy to clean, and has a drip tray. Some of the comments said downside was it read in celsius, but it converts to fahrenheit. It is large and needs a good space for storage/use with good air flow for the fan. We got a stainless steel kitchen cart. It does come with instructions. Lights inside so you can see without opening the door. I will update review after I've gotten more use in, so far I love it.

Easy to use, easy to clean wire racks. Mostly quiet but rattles a little when heater cycles. Having tried several other units from other sources this unit functions the best we have tried. My wife like the ample rack space and the size and weight and manageable for her. The customer service has been very responsive for the few questions we have had.
