It's great, organic no side effects and tastes really good. I have it with my dinner 🍽 for best results. I do have one issue man dat price ain't rite 😒 but over all it's good vit. 🤗

Easy to swallow
The capsules are easy to swallow. They do have a slight fennel flavour as they contain organic fennel. All ingredients are organic except the casing. I would buy these again.

Not sure about this product
I got this zinc supplement as I got a zinc deficiency. I'm not 100% convinced that this zinc supplements got the amount of zinc available in it as I had zinc deficiency for a long time, when I take certain others brands all my symptoms disappear but with this supplements nothing ever happened. It's either it hasn't got enough elemental zinc in it or it's not by available.
