Frankly this is a really awful unit! You know those stainless steel mirror cabinets you can buy from Argos, The Range, Ikea etc. This is not as good quality as those (maybe 30% as good).As you can see I left the plastic on initially to take pics so that the damage is visible (the scratches go through the plastic coating and into the stainless steel). This is how the metal arrives from the forge/production with a protective coating on. The scratches are 100% produced during the manufacturing process (where the metal is bent and 4 x spot welds are applied to each shelf).Not all Stainless Steel is the same there are different grades (that's why you do see rust on appear on cheap stainless lights etc).There is no easy way to tell but based on the overall "build" quality this is almost certainly the cheapest Stainless its possible to purchase.The upright "poles" are worse quality than any tent pole I have owned over the last 30 years.You effectively have 8 separate tubes. Once you attach these to the shelves you will have one shelf with 4 poles and the other 2 shelves with the other 4 poles these then slide fit together.The fixings that the bolts screw into in the poles are simple "Riv Nuts" (or rivet nuts).All assembled this unit is not square. I do not mean that it needs the feet adjusting to level it. I mean its is literally twisted in the 3 dimensions (x,y and z axis).If we didn't need a temporary shelf unit for the kitchen large enough to take our Microwave then this would have gone straight back.

Bought for tidy storage in an outhouse. Fast delivery, useless instructions, but not difficult to work out and build in 15 minutes. No missing parts and a handy key for screwing everything together. Totally fit for purpose.

Just right size for cooker or fridge gap in kitchen units.Right height for worktop.instructions are useless,fiddly to assemble,tool that came in box didn't fit screw heads,covering on shelves nightmare to get off.

I bought this product to store my small appliances when not in use leaving the worktops clear.

How to contact seller? Got 2 last yr but only assembled one. This 2nd one now seems to have missing/defective parts :( so cannot use How can i get new or replace part!?

Easy to assemble. No need for instructions. Sturdy. Good product.

It's okay, but it's too small. It won't hold heavy items. It's assembly is easy, but that is it.
