Alloy USA X-Joint for Jeep Wrangler JK | Heavy Duty, Greaseable | 11502 | Fits 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU Rubicon w/Dana Super 44

I have a 2015 Rubicon with 35" tires and lift, so the factory U-joints took some abuse. These are an awesome upgrade over the factory (I attached a pic of the factory Rubicon U-joints vs the Alloy fro your reference). I love that these are serviceable with grease ports at each cap! This design makes them much stronger (versus drilling the body of the U-joint for a grease fitting). They are very smooth and SOLID!PRO TIP: Be very careful when pressing these into your axles. Since there is a grease fitting at the end of each cap, you can't just bang them in with a hammer or use a vice. I used a press with socket that only put pressure on the outside of the caps. Be sure you don't put pressure on the grease fittings! Take your time with these and you'll likely never put another u-joint on your jeep!

Put it in the press and cracked one of the caps,60 bucks down the drain. Put spicer one in and fit great

So, the grease fittings on these are unlike any I have seen before. So I'm not sure how I'll apply new grease. Otherwise they seem solid, no problems yet.They do work with a 2011 Wrangler rubicon, Dana 44 front axle.

Nice fit for the rubicon axles, and noticeably stronger. Make sure you get a flush mount grease gun tip.
