Its been sometime since my first reveiw and I must say I'm impressed, for its size and price you would be hard pressed to fine such quality. In speaker mode I have had some comments regarding a slight echo during a call but its been my experience that with most hand-free devices this is normal. The volume did startled me at first with its crystal clear diction. Pairing is a breeze every time. Its a little heavy due to the all-metal construction 250 grams or 8.81 oz. The rubber pads on the bottom are actually the switches, by depressing the clearly mark top can activate each feature. One thing that was not pointed out in the manual is the on/off feature, you have to push an hold the on/off switch until the blue led light on the side go's out. There is technical support online or by phone. I highly recommend this product for indoor use only just looks too good to be taking outside I keep it on my end table in the living room as part of the furniture.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Don't buy this unless you enjoy hearing a man's voice loudly booming THE DEVICE ALREADY READY TO CONNECT every time you turn it on or off, or turn your computer/phone on or off, and THE DEVICE PAIR SUCCESSFUL when it pairs up. You can't turn this voice down, or turn it off. It is LOUD, ungrammatical, and annoying.Otherwise the speaker seems to work fine.

This is an awesome little machine, especially for the money. We are dairy farmers and I bought this so we could have tunes at the end of the barn farthest away from the electrical outlets and decent antenna reception...hence the rechargeable battery power. I didn't want anything expensive because electronics tend to fizzle in the barn's humidity and dirt (read: manure) that gets whipped around in there.We only milk 65 cows, but still...a barn is a pretty big space. We built a tiny shelf ('cause this guy is only a couple inches square) and suspended it from a support beam with a lip and side shields to prevent a major "oops" from a cow tail. Either paired to my cell phone (super easy process) and blasting Sirius or Slacker, or hooked up to his MP3 player, this little speaker gets it done. Is it the best bluetooth speaker out there? Probably not. But you aren't likely to find a better one for $35. I do believe I will steal it in the spring when it comes time to plant the garden. It is totally portable. Grab and go. He'll never know. :)There's more. The customer service is commendable. If you have questions or problems, they're on it in a couple of hours and WILL see you satisfied. I'm not sure what more you could want. If it stands up to the beating it is likely to take in the barn, I will be more than impressed.

Update: Bought a second one as a gift, had a bit of a problem, contacted Geeks N Gear and had an immediate response and replacement of the unit. Excellent service!Big quality sound in a small box! I am extremely pleased with the sound quality, the ease of use and the great customer support. I have been using this in the back yard, on my deck and my work bench. I could have purchased a larger unit but the portability of this unit is what makes me glad I picked it. If you have any problems or question, customer support is quick to help. I am recommending this device to my friends.

Decent quality for the price. It has a voice that announces the mode it's in (bluetooth/aux) that is very loud. When using an aux cord, there is a lot of background static, but not as much in bluetooth mode.the buttons are on the bottom of the speaker and are used by pressing the entire unit in that direction. which is fine, if you don't bump into it.

Couldn't be more satisfied with this speaker.I use it with the micro SD card and also phone( Bluetooth) to play music on a daily basis.I've also used it to answer incoming calls but will mainly use it for going down memory lane and singing along.Great sound. Plenty of volume. I just know family and friends will be impressed when they hear it and for that reason,I've ordered two more to give as gifts !

I bought this because I have a hearing disability and did not want to use ear buds. The volume only, that I could tell, only uses the phone volume which is not a big help for me. Also the control buttons are confusing and will engage if you are not careful around the unit.
