Best Bang for the buck
Absolute perfect, same exact size as oem chrome ones, and went on smoothly!Would not use power tools to put it on. Might strip the threads

Better than Harley brand
I really can't tell the difference between these latches and the ones you order from the dealer. They're a fraction of the price and actually have the threads drilled into them unlike two sets of the Harley ones I ordered.

Powder coat looks great no imperfections. Material feels solid and they were easily installed. Would buy again.

I should not have taken the chance on an open box item.
Not a good deal. My fault for taking a chance on an open box item. Amazon's fault for throwing lose parts and screws in a cardboard box. And not describing the missing o-rings.These parts banged around during shipping and wore some of the finish off. Could have been worse. Amazon could have simply threaded the bolts in and wrapped them in paper. Which is what im about to do.The wear marks weren't terrible for a mostly hidden part. But there were other problems.One of the bolt heads was stripped out. These are M5 allen head bolts, they do not look to be of high quality. It also seems undersized for this application. They take a 2.5mm allen wrench. Which probably explains why it stripped. Small wrench + soft metal = not a good time for whoever originally owned these.When threaded into the handles there is an unusual amount of slop. I'm not sure which part is machined sloppily.The o-rings were missing. The ones in the photo are significantly smaller than the original factory seals. I would have tried to reuse my original seals.Considering the other problems I'm just going to pass on putting these on.

Look and feel great!
Product replaces the original equipment very nicely. Very happy with this purchase.Make sure to use blue loctite to make sure the supplied screws don’t back off.
