Just the right size
I bought several of these as I had one years ago and they are harder to clean out then the larger ones and had to throw it away. Why the smaller one is nice is if you have a small amount of grease to suck up, it is too hard to do it with a larger baster. Great for basting smaller roasts also.

It doesn't look as pretty as it should but does what it's supposed to ...
I have looked for this size of baster for a long time in stores to replace an old one that I had. Not finding one anywhere, I took the chance of ordering this one online. I ordered two...the size was exactly what I was looking for....however, one of the basters had excessive plastic on the tip and blocking the intake hole. I suppose I could have sent it back and had it replaced but I opted to shave it off myself with sandpaper and then took a file and drilled out the center hole using a jewelry bead reamer. It doesn't look as pretty as it should but does what it's supposed to do.

perfect size
Use for drizzling olive oil over bread before baking. Because of the size it is easy to use and control the portion.

easy to use and regulate amounts
it is a very handy size for smaller basting jobs and when you suck up the juices they do not drip out of the nozzle. it also does not splatter or put out more juice than you want as it is very easy to control accurately.

Thumbs up
Perfect, smaller than the huge one we have always seen. I didn't know it came in different sizes. Thank you
