Worked well
this worked well in my application, however I returned it since its diameter was too big for the mounting location. The 18mm (18M) sensor replaced it and is working well.

Works great in my lab classes
I ordered the inductive proximity sensor switch to use in my motor control class for labs. I make the students build motor control circuits and I needed a prox switch to use and saw this one. It works perfect, it's a little larger than I thought it would be, but it actually works better for my purposes. The students have been able to follow the hook up directions and haven't hooked it up wrong yet, and that's saying something. I can't take pictures of the students and trainers or I would have a video of them turning a motor on and off with it controlling an ice cube relay. 5 stars all the way.

Large, but works
I recently purchased the M30 Inductive Proximity Sensor Switch Non-Shield Type LJ30A3-15-Z/AX Detector, and the product works just fine. However, I didn't realize it was so large. That’s on me for not catching the dimensions listed in the product details. Despite its size, it functions perfectly for my needs. Just make sure to double-check the specs if size is a concern for your project. Overall, I’m happy with its performance.
