This is one Sexy Breadbox!
I’m at the age where a Breadbox can totally be sexy and this one is probably the sexiest one I’ve seen! This helps hide so much countertop clutter without looking like an old, stale, Rea Dunn style breadbox. It’s so sleek, smooth and modern. Best of all there are no stupid words advertising what the products intent is. I know it’s a breadbox! I don’t need to be reminded “hey, you put bread in me” every time I walk into my kitchen. I don’t understand the word labeling culture of every little spoon, mug, canister, etc. I love that I can freely use this for storage of any kind without feeling like I’m committing some kind of horrible kitchen sin! The manufacturer knew I could be responsible and make my own choices of what to put inside this “bread” box and I love this new found freedom in a sea of kitchen accessory commandments. Please don’t think me too wild, or that I’m abusing this freedom but I think I’m going to purchase another one for my kitty food. The only thing preventing me from purchasing a second one right away is the price. I will have to wait until after the holidays/new year before spending another $120 on a metal box. I’m not normally one to splurge on items like this. Much less two of the same item but in this case I really feel like a second one will just bring me double the joy every time I walk into my kitchen or when I here that magnetic click that sings to my soul. I will be watching this item in hopes it goes on sale! If this breadbox was priced at $75 instead of $120 I’d buy 3 more in a heartbeat! I did have to really talk myself into spending this much for a breadbox. Especially since online purchases can be a gamble. I didn’t know what was going to arrive or in what shape. I had originally hoped I could find a decent breadbox for around $35-$65. I never imagined I’d fall in love with one that cost $120! What really sold me is the fact I can fit a ton in this box. It’s at least double the size of a normal, typical breadbox. I have fit 4 loaves of Pepperidge Farm bread and 2 family size bags of Lays potato chips inside this box at once! It was getting a bit tight but it all fit and the bread didn’t get damaged! The door and magnetic seal combo is perfect! The door helps to gently guide everything in place and the magnetic seal keeps everything inside, especially when packed full. If you’re on the fence about spending this much, it truly is a super nice breadbox! Due to how much it holds it’s really like having two normal sized breadboxes in one. It also seems pretty sturdy. I’d feel confident setting my microwave on top of it except I’d be worried about scratching the surface. I have noticed I am very protective over my breadbox! I think thats all related to how much I spent on it. I almost wanted to buy satin gloves for my family members and insist they put those on before touching my precious breadbox but instead I’ve just decided to be the official breadbox attendant. I know I couldn’t trust them to truly love this breadbox as much as I do, but then again, they don’t know how much I paid. Or that I’m planning on paying that much for a second time in the next few months…thank the Kitchen Gods my family doesn’t share an Amazon account lol!

Large capacity, high quality materials, and quite attractive
This counter-top bread holder/“bread box” is terrific. It’s solid, made of high-quality materials, and is easy to open while also closing tightly using a two-magnet system. It also holds a lot of bread: We have two full loaves, six hamburger buns, and a full (flat, round) package of pita bread in it in it right now, which is about its capacity. It’s also quite an attractive piece and looks great with our transition/more modern kitchen decor. Appears to be one of those purchases that will last for a long time. I would strongly recommend it.

Really nice looking and well made, worth the price.
Love this breadbox! It was pricey but you do get what you pay for, and this is very sturdy and well made. I love the mid century look and it looks great on my counter. I use it to store my supplements and vitamins, as well as my dogs supplements. So nice to not have them in baskets on my counter but in this box that neatly stores them away, but also at hands reach. I would highly recommend this to others.

Form and function in one beautiful bread box
Sturdy, spacious, and stylish. Highly recommend if you have a lot of bread products with visually cluttering ugly packaging that you want to stash away. It fits A LOT—currently filled with two loaves of sandwich bread, three sizes of tortillas (including burrito-size!), some bagels, and a bag of Trader Joe’s pain au chocolate—and that’s only 2/3 full. The box is metal, hence magnetic, and the top makes for a great secondary flat surface (unlike curved or open boxes). The modern Japanese design is versatile enough to go well in our more “traditional” kitchen, and the wood dowel handle adds a bit of warmth and character. It’s more expensive than other bread boxes, but the size is incomparable and I know this will last for years.

Beautiful and functional
I was pleasantly surprised by this bread box—it’s not only beautifully designed but also incredibly functional! The construction and materials are top-notch, giving it a sturdy and high-quality feel that complements my countertop perfectly. What really amazed me was the amount of storage space inside. It easily holds two loaves of bread, two packs of bagels, flour tortillas, and even naan bread—with room to spare! It keeps everything fresh and organized while adding a stylish touch to my kitchen. If you’re looking for a well-made, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing bread box, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Well made, functional
Surprisingly solid and well made, no assembly required, perfect size for my home kitchen and holds 4 or even more loaves of bread. Attractive and fits in well without taking up much counter space.

Mostly love it
the door is so close to the bottom that I have to put it on tiny risers for it to work well. (or maybe I needed to put it upside down to get the correct side to open?) The shelf is not in the middle, which works for me when I have it oriented the way I do (shorter shelf on top so I can see into it better). It's a nice metal material and with the matte powder coat you'd *think* that it would be... dirtier? Easier to chip off? It seems fine. I'm looking into the cart version of this now for my partners even smaller bathroom. This one is too large for his sink area, but it's just right for mine.

Form and function in one
Worth the $$. I had this saved for a LONG time, could not pull the trigger because who spends that kind of money on a bread box? But other things were cheap looking or the wrong size and I finally decided to do it. For my situation and space this is perfect, holds a ton inside and has a flat top to use for other items. It's also the best looking breadbox IMO. I ended up using a wire coated shelf which fits perfectly inside so things aren't piled on tope of each other - works great for something like English muffins. Glad I ordered.
