This product really helps my dog’s anxiety. She is terrified of thunder, fireworks, loud & sudden noises. From the chart on the package, I give her 1/2 of a square based on her weight before a storm, etc. She LOVES them and they really work. Not real cheap but worth it. This would be helpful prior to grooming or vet visit for dog’s anxiety.

I first came across these in a local pet store and I decided to try them. We have a couple of dogs that have super high anxiety during fireworks and storm season- Thunder. I was amazed at how quickly they relaxed my pups. I have a half bar to my big Golden Lab and a quarter to my Patterdale Terrier.They were completely relaxed when the the fireworks started. Highly recommend!

We have a huge 75lb Lab Puppy (8mos.) and he has traveling and separation anxiety. We tried everything with Koda, but he would shake it off and be unbothered. When I say EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING! Nothing worked. One day, while attempting to try yet another useless product, I decided to check with our favorite store clerk. He walked me right over to these peanut butter bars and our life has not been the same. Our boy is much calmer during rides and sleeps during the entire night now. I love the fact that all of the ingredients are natural. Despite what is recommended, we give him a half of a bar (2 squares) and it works like a charm! HE LOVES THE TASTE AND FREAKS OUT EVERYTIME HE SEE’S THE PACKAGE❤️I’ve read the reviews about it upsetting some smaller-sized pups or pups with sensitive stomachs and I’m sorry to hear that it doesn’t work for you. However, for me, it’s been a dream come true. I no longer order it in the stores, but rather use Amazon instead as it’s more economical. Don’t hesitate. If you are at wits ends, and want RELIEVE and a much calmer fur baby who has lots of anxiety, RUNNNN just like i do when we’re on the last bar:)I soooooo wanted to give this review 5 stars two things are kinda preventing that….1. The last 4 shipments received came damaged. They use to ship this box inside of a another box which was great protection. I had no problems at all. Now, probably to cut costs, they are shipping them in bubble bags and I DONT LIKE IT because my boxes always come damaged and open now, sometimes even missing bars as a result.2. Although I really love this product. The price has changed every single time I have ordered it. We started ordering this product in May. The cost was around $31.00 for the 12 pack. It has creeped up $3-4 each time I ordered it. Today, when I went to sign in it’s $44.00. I’m afraid to see what it will be when I order some next month.

Made in USA- Not imported from China as with too many of our pet foods/treats. Works well, gentle. My yorkie loves them.

After reading every review on here, I decided to give Heavenly Hounds a try. One of my fur babies, 5 year old 70lb bully has been going through serious separation anxiety since we’ve recently moved to a new apt. Barking, destroying everything …. I’ve tried everything, from Chews, Benadryl, even vet prescribed meds and nothing has worked. Purchased Heavenly Hounds, I gave him the entire bar, as directions said. I do feel as if it worked… he instantly became tired (in about 20min) so I felt relieved, finally something that calms him.Sadly, it only worked 2 hours, And he was back to barking and panting. (He didn’t destroy anything because I was home, the destruction happens when I’m at work) And it gave him the runs!!!Final thought: I do feel as if it calmed him, but for the price, 2 hours of calming was not good enough for me. And then extreme diarrhea after .. it’s a No for me ..

These "cookies" are great. My dog is terrified of fireworks and thunder. We had days of both during the 4th of July this year. He was a wreck. He hates most of the pills or "gummies" made for stress reduction. Spits them out over and over. But he begs for these "cookies" and they make a huge difference. He is learning not to be so fearful and is tolerating storms better even without a cookie now. However, I have an issue with the dosing amount. According to the package, he should have a full cookie (he's 90 lbs). But a half is plenty. I gave some to my son for his dog and they did not work as well, so I guess it depends on the dog. But they have been a godsend for us.

I will say that this product does work pretty well. When my dog eats it, I do notice that she does mellow and calm. She’s a pretty mellow dog overall, but has high anxiety with any type of rain. I try to prevent myself from using her anxiety medicine to often, and was looking for some alternatives, which is why I bought these treats. My dog is fairly picky and I have noticed that she is not a huge fan of this treat on its own. It does have a very strong peanut butter scent and typically she does like peanut butter but for some reason when I try to feed this to her on its own she doesn’t want to eat it . Typically what I’ll do is mix it into her nighttime food if I know that there’s gonna be a storm at night. If I do it this way, then she will eat it I think from most dogs they’re going to enjoy the treat alone, but my dog is just a little bit pickier .
