Better then the best!
This phone is amazing. I knew I was getting a tablet for an office phone but this is far beyond my expectations. You have access to the Google Play store, which gives you access to all the good apps.As far as a phone goes, it sound is crystal clear and works well in all modes (handset, speakerphone, headset, both wired and wireless)I would recommend this phone to anyone that wants the absolute top of the line model with every feature you can think of. I have tried over 100 apps and have not have any issues to date.

This was one of the only android IP phones on the market and it's a good one! There is a bit of lag when hitting some of the buttons but I didn't expect it to be as fast as a current cell phone or tablet.

Cool idea but it has a long long long way to go.
This best thing about this phone is the look. From a function perspective it really, really, really isn't up to the task as being anything more than a novelty items. I was really attracted by this phones ability to run adroid apps, easliy configured sip accounts, have a nice touch screen in my home office, etc. But alas when things are too good to be true they usually are. First off the phone quality is ok if you only use the handset. When I would use the speakerphone feature customers constantly complained of echo. My old trust Cisco 7960 never had this issue. As for the apps within the adroid eco system. Most apps are too new for the verison of android that this phone runs and if you can find an app that will run on the phone the lag will be so slow that it will make it unusable.I really wanted this phone to work and be a goto on my desk but it comes up way short.

Awesome phone, horrendous tablet
By far the best phone I have ever owned, and I am a bit of a phone geek. Screen is beyond awesome, as is the voice quality. It integrated with my Asterisk PBX with no issues at all I have had a couple people comment on how great it sounds, and this is just over standard G.711 (not HD).Absolutely the most awful implementation of Android I have seen, and I have seen some bad ones. It is not well integrated into Google Play, installing apps usually take 4 or 5 tries (fail and restart) and often I give up. Never got email or contact integration to work. I have pretty much given up on it as an Android tablet. If you do not care about Android integration, you will have trouble finding a better phone for the price. If Android is important, run away!

Decent phone with a lot of potential
- Android tablet with many Android applications. Some would install and work great and others would crash. Seems like there is still some application compatibility issues.- Downloads your contacts and contact images from Google and allows you to create contact profiles on the main screen for easy dialing- Contact and Skype not seamlessly integrated. For example, you can have Skype open for the contact but it will not auto dial.- Phone dialer not integrated into other applications. If you take the phone off the hook, it will launch the dialer no matter where you are. The software does allow you to disable the dialer from launching.- I had some issues with my iPhone 5s and Bluetooth dropping in and out when on a call- Very simple to setup with the phone itself or using a web browser.- Worked great with my SIP provider- Camera quality is on par with a built in laptop camera. I was disappointed in that because I expected a higher quality camera. I did a side-by-side comparison to the picture quality of a HD Logitech camera and noticed a big difference.- The ability to connect to phone via HDMI to a TV was greatOverall, if you're looking for a SIP phone with the ability to make video calls, this works great. If you're looking to use Skype and SIP, then you won't be satisfied. This phone has a lot of potential and some of its issues with integration are not necessary (my opinion) that of Grandsteam. Instead, application developers will need to provide the mechanism to allow it to integrate better into a desk-phone platform.

This is yet the best purchase I have ever made
This is yet the best purchase I have ever made. I now get free phone service ($0 per month) using this device and integrated with Google Voice. It was very easy to setup and its basically an android phone/tablet. There is a very limited storage on the device so, choose very carefully what apps you would like to install. I do not recommend much apps as this is used purely for communication purposes. If you would like to use this as a tablet, DON"T, Just buy a tablet. The device is expandable by inserting SD card and has 2 USB ports as an option. It comes with a Video Phone service line so you can communicate by video phone with other Grandstream user. The call quality is pretty good.I'm sure you can use this with other SIP services but for my purposes, I wanted a SIP phone that can integrate with Google Voice.

Not worth the money
Its okay but it has many bugs even with firmware updates. The camera is very poor and does not work well unless you are sitting in a room with very bright lighting. Many apps will not run on the android platform (ex. Pandora), This IP phone could be a good product, it has nice features with poor performance. If you are expecting it to work the way you think it should, well good luck because of the poor performance you may not be able to use some of the features. I tried to Skype with it, with the poor camera and slow processor running, it just can not handle the data stream and starts to cutout. This thing only seems to handle audio, if you want video then it pushes it over the edge. I would not recommend this to anyone and it is a waste of money.

Great SIP device
Love it. Simple setup. Instructions could be a bit better. Google Play seems to crash all the time but I’m sure I’ll figure that out too.

Bellissimo. Ha già una pellicola su schermo.

Sehr gutes VoIP-Telefon in Premium-Qualität!

Best IP VoIP phone I have ever seen
Amazing phone, had to upgrade to latest firmware to get the Google Play Store working. Syncs all our Google Apps contacts which is a big selling point. Works great with a Bluetooth headset - Plantronics Voyager Legend. Best IP phone I have ever seen. Would love to see a higher resolution but it looks great. Easy to use and configure as well. The phone feels solid and I cannot believe the price for such a great phone. Well worth it and will buy more and recommend it to others. It also integrates with our Asterisk phone system easily. There are still loads of features yet that I have not tried so it will get better. I have ordered a mini HDMI to HDMI cable to output to a large external screen as keen to see how it performs. Also going to get a 32GB SD card to put in the phone.
