The Quality of These Bosch Brake Pads were Excellent. I read reviews of some people saying they didn't fit or that they had to grind them to fit and some said they had to remove the rear pin on the back of the pad. They either ordered the wrong part or they didn't know what they were doing. These pads fit perfectly in my 2018 Explorer sport with the single cylinder rear calipers. with the new clips installed and the pads in place they fit with precision accuracy. Not too loose and not too tight. As far as the pin on the back, it fits into a slot on the face of the brake cylinder piston , its there for a reason. after turning in the piston with the proper tool ( I had to buy seperately) , I simply lined up the slot directly at the bottom to line up with the brake pad pin ,and it fit in to place perfectly. Note: At first, I had 2 of the clips mixed up and the pad would not fit, there are 2 different clips , 4 lefts and 4 rights for each caliper assembly, you Must install the clips properly or the pad won't fit . I highly recommend these pads. Just make sure you are ordering the right ones and install them properly. these also came with lube for all the moving parts.

Helping a friend with a rear brake job on his 2018 Explorer. Needed a set of pads and checked with RockAuto for the parts. Delivery time was 5 days with FedEx. Check with Amazon and it was a 2 day delivery for literally the same cost. I love RockAuto but their use of FedEx is typically a day late in most cases. Not a problem for routine/planned work but NOT when a vehicle is down. Parts arrived as promised. Premium Bosch pads, great price, easy install and smooth quiet operation. Win-Win-Win w

The fit was great mechanic said no issues and the price was great! Put these on my 11 Ford Flex.. the dust is literally to a minimum!!!!! The performance in the rain was shocked how the grip was better than the ones I’ve had on!!!! Took it back so the mechanic can check for even wear! He stated” Sir there is little to no wear and they are even…” Every part was a direct fit with no issues…

I bought these for my Ford Explorer's rear brakes after buying the same series for the front. These have worked well, worn evenly, and stop well with no noise or chatter. My only complaint is the included clips. The clips that came with the front pads looked just like the OEM ones and fit great. The clips with these rear pads were smaller than the OEM. When trying to insert the pads, the clips kept popping out of place and would not stay in at all. I ended up just cleaning and reusing the original ones as these gave me an awful time. The brake pads work great, just don't use the clips.

The rear clips were not like originals and did not work well to hold pads in place; had to reuse old clips which was not ideal. Front pads were perfect, clips were the right ones. I’ve read similar with another review.

Tabs had to be grounded. Didn’t fit the calibers ( Ford brand calipers ) Good thing I have a bench grinder. Expected more precision from the Bosch brand

The fit was good but they are very noisy (squealing) first application after sitting for a bit. Really bad when humidity is high.
