It wasn't until after trying this product that I discovered the FEP film assembly that comes with the Anycubic Photon Mono 4k printer cannot be repaired by just replacing the film. The instructions show assembling the film with 2 steel frame pieces. However, the assembly that comes with this printer has 2 plastic frame pieces that hold the FEP film. I tried separating the 2 pieces to add this film, but the pieces would not fit over the film properly as they are not designed to be taken apart. Unfortunately I ended up having to buy the assembly that has the FEP film already installed with the plastic frame pieces.As it turns out, Anycubic changed the design of the resin vat that ships with the photon mono 4k. However, the seller worked with me and refunded my purchase after we realized this change was made.

So after some mixed information I took a chance and yes this indeed does work for the Anycubic Photon Mono printer. It's a little big for the vat but requires very little trimming. I installed it then took an X-Acto knife and cut it along the bottom edge as needed.It also last for a good amount of prints. I could get about 40-50 prints out of one sheet before seeing some slippage or fails so yeah, highly recommend this film for printing.

There is a short video on how to replace these for my printer (AnyCubic Photon). A lot of screws but in the end it was very simple and took no more than 5 minutes. Clean everything off first and make sure you have a bottle cap from a soda or water, place it under the film as you're replacing it to create the tension on the first set of screws. Remove it when re-attaching to the VAT and it goes on nice and tight. Use a razor or x-acto knife around the inside edge to easily remove the excess and you're good to go. I tested a print almost immediately after that was an issue, I just re-zeroed the printer since it was slightly off and voila, back to perfect prints!

No more sticking parts and easy to change if following a good YouTube instruction on how to change it.Note, be sure to have the Gatorade bottle lid and tuning app before installation. Oh, and be in a quiet room when tuning or the app won't be of much help. And this is not a drum so just soft but firm taps using something like the eraser end of a pencil works best. Other people recommend something else but don't use anything that will puncture the film.Happy 3D printing!

Ok so I did a bunch of research and stumbled on the answer. The plastic is between two protective sheets you need to remove first. The instructions on the package don't mention it and it is so tightly put together it looks like one sheet. I'm going to properly install it this time and see how it goes.Old Review:I can't seem to get these to print without them being damaged. It's like they're made of multiple layers and are separating. Looked as if there were bubbles forming from the plastic being pulled apart.

Bought this as my first FEP replacement to my Anycubic Photon 4k. Prints started consistently failing so I figured it was time to change it. Now my prints are coming out perfect. And I totally didn't forget to take off the protective film of the FEP before installing it. So don't do that thing I didn't do...

I got a printer with the same size that the FEP release film is, but its smaller for some how…UPDATE: its not for photon M3 guys, great customer service 👌🏾

Watch some youtube videos before you install these, but once it they're on it allowed me to print as well as the one that came factory installed.
