American Kennel Club Orthopedic Circle Stitch Cuddler Pet Bed, Gray 25x21x8"

My cat is a 21lb Maine Coon 36in from nose to tail tip so she need a larger bed than the 16" one that I bought when I thought I was going to adopt a normal 6-8 pound cat. She insisted that I take HER home instead. Please don't tell her it's a medium size DOG bed, I don't want her to feel insulted. In response to some other answers I have read just recently I agree that the cushion is a little thin to be calling this an orthopedic pet bed. However in response to an answer about to take saying spot clean only while the description says machine washable I have this to say ignore the tag and go ahead and throw it in the washer. I have washed this bed more than a dozen times now and it retains its shape cleans very nicely and fluffs up in the dryer. If your only concern is a thicker cushion then obviously you should buy a different pet bed or adding cushion to it which is what I think I will do to this one that I have. It's an excellent bed great quality and even though it's a medium size dog bed my more than medium sized Kitty loves it very much. I have considered a few times getting a even larger bed so that she can stretch out but she loves to use this one to curl up in and she feels like stretching out she just uses my bed.

My dog's mother was a Jack Russel Terrier, and her father was a mixed large dog or all kinds of breeds that I could barely square out any sort of breed just by looking at his face. But he stood at around three feet tall. The women — who my family purchased the litter my dog was in — had picked all of her 10+ dogs off the streets. She had no money to feed the new litter so we bought them, took care of them, (vaccines, fleas, worms, and almost got them declawed (just the dewclaws) and tails cut before we sold them. So my dog is a rescued mixed breed. She stands at about 2 feet and is under 20 pounds. This bed is great because it's much bigger than her. After I unwrapped it she jumped right in and after a couple minutes she was dozing off. The "fur" on the inside is actually very soft despite its appearance. It's very comfy and I know my dog likes it. I really recommend it to anyone with a medium sized dog.

It is a proven fact that cuddler style beds are my own dog's favorites. I have small (under 20 lb) poodles who love cuddling into fleece lined beds for comfort throughout the day and for bedtime at night. This one fits the bill! It not only looks good, but stands up to washings and wear! I have purchased mattress style beds and expensive bolster beds and mats over time, but these simple shapes are always the ones my dogs prefer! I add in a doggy blanket for extra warmth on snowy days like we're having - an added, warming bonus. Blankets and toys don't fall out for the higher sides of this design.

My little guy loves it! He's 3lbs right now and is a Jack Russell Terrier puppy who loves to chew on everything. It's big enough for this him and his favorite chew toy. He does claw and chew on this from time to time and I noticed some seams are slowly coming apart, nothing big. It's soft and since it's raised up around the edges, he lays his head on the side and uses it as a pillow. The quality is nice and it's very decent priced.

I was extremely disappointed and I should have known by the price but since it came from the AKC, I thought it would be a good item. When I received it, I wanted to send it back but hate wasting my time doing that. The pad which is supposed to be orthopedic is extremely thin, if you allow your dog to sleep in this bed, they will be cold. I was extremely upset and still am; you can rest assured I will never buy anything from AKC as it is obvious their merchandise is quite poor, as for AMAZON I don't think I will be using them again because if they can sell poor quality items such as this why waste my money and time.

At first I was worried my dog wouldn’t fit, but she loves this bed. It’s so warm and comfy that she even sleeps in it in our tent with no shivering and tons of contented sighs. Not sure how well it cleans because, we keep a blanket tucked in it That smells like her so she knows it’s her bed. Very durable bed, and very pretty color.

If you're looking for an affordable good quality dog bed for your small to medium sized dog then this is a great buy. I love how the bottom layer is made of orthopedic foam which provides stable support for our dogs body as well as comfort. Also, with the orthopedic foam you don't have to worry about it turning flat as a pancake, it keeps it's shape. The foam was, however, a little thinner than I expected which is why I give it 3 stars and not 5 (I would give it 3 1/2 stars but we can't issue half stars) Overall, it's still good support and better than plain cotton. He has plenty of room to stretch out flat on his tummy (which he likes to do at times and couldn't do with his old bed). We've had it for 2 months now, it's still clean, no rips or tears, contour is the same. Sometimes we put a blanket in there for him. He loves it.

I upgraded our review from 3 to 5 star. I think this is a wonderful bed for our senior pug. It's much softer but also less stuffed than I expected, the shape could get stretched out. Cushions are thin, we did add another soft pad underneath for KoKo's comfort. It works for my 15 1/2 yr old pug who now won't trip over his bed as the edges are low.. I do like the look, just like the online photo. Just washed it (after a senior canine accident; easy to dry and holds the shape in medium heat.
