Not the product, but the seller, I got three bags of crumbs.
Three bags of cookies were smashed into a box that probably could hold one. These things are delicious, but can eat crumbs, I've never had this problem before, it's awful.

Authentic and delicious!
Really nice quality. The crackers are not too dry but have a crunchy texture. The flavor was very good too. This was exactly what I was looking for until I can travel back to Italy!

Extremely dry and powdery!
Very dry and they turned into flour again after eating the first two! I actually choked a little.Have to contact Amazon to find out how to return them.

Only crumbs received !
This were pretzel like cookies. Were sent in a plastic bag not a box. Unprotected. They arrived as crumbs. All three bags. I could not return them or make any comments. Very upset. Not cheap.

Okay but not close to the ones in Italy
We bought these as I miss the delicious snack we used to get in Italy. These are good but I've had better. These felt really crumbly but not buttery. They are very soft compared to many of the other types that we've tried. They also just lacked a little bit of salt.Another unfortunate thing was that there were a lot of the biscuits that had crumbled and we had a lot of crumbs in the bag. It felt like at least 8-10 of the biscuits had been crushed and there were about 1/4 of them that had been broken into pieces.
