Great little unit with lots of features for the price.
Purchased this item primarily to add backup camera capability to my parents' 2000 Voyager, which has a 1.5 din dash space. I'm fairly impressed with the amount of features that they were able to cram into this unit for the price.1. BuildThe unit seems fairly well constructed. The front faceplate folds down to allow access to CD/DVD slot, and must be removed (which is simple if you get the angle right) in order to access the SD card slot. The front has a port for a USB drive and an aux input. If I remember right, It has one set of RCA preamp outs and a subwoofer output, as well as two video outputs for monitors and a backup camera input. A remote control is included, I assume so that passengers can control the DVD player from the rear.2. RadioIn my testing, the radio performed fairly well with regard to reception. It's not entirely intuitive when it comes to setting preset stations, but it works. Most other touchscreen stereos I've used, you simply tune to the station you want, and then long press on the preset to change it. On this unit, you have to select that preset first, then tune to your station, and then long press in order to save it. No big deal, just no indication that this is the case.3. USB/SDThe USB/SD card player isn't pretty, but it does the job. ID3 information is not displayed, just truncated filenames, which can make it difficult to find what you're looking for. Making sure your folder names are as short as possible will make it easier to identify your music. For this application, my dad just throws on a bunch of music that he likes, plugs it in and lets it play. The face controls function basically the same way the CD player does.4. CD PlayerIt's a CD player. It appears to support CD-Text, but I didn't test this.5. DVD/Video FunctionsI didn't test any of the DVD player or video player functions. My parents have no interest in ever playing DVDs or other video files in their van, so I forewent the work of setting up/bypassing the parking brake.6. BluetoothPaired my mom's bluetooth phone, and it works well for music. Haven't had a chance to test it for voice calls.7. Backup cameraOn this unit, you must wire a separate power input to your backup lights to trigger the camera (it doesn't autodetect the input supplying signal), so make sure you pair it with a backup camera that includes the separate red cable intended for that purpose. It lowers the audio level from whatever source your'e using while the backup camera is in use, and it appears that you can adjust that level to one that suits your liking. My Clarion does not do this, and I found that it felt less distracting, and so I think it's a pretty cool feature. I've used a TopTierPro 2-in-1 Car Rear View Backup Camera - Built-in Distance Scale Line Reverse Camera - Waterproof & Night Vision High Quality Color Lens - Universal For Trucks, Cars & All Vehicles for the last three installs I've done, including this one. It seems to work pretty well. Picture's a little grainy, but solid and works well in low-light situations. The unit takes about 8 seconds or so to fully boot. If you shift immediately into reverse after starting the vehicle, it almost immediately switches to the backup camera, and suspends the rest of the boot sequence until you shift out of reverse, which is nice.If you're looking for a unit to fill a 1.5 din space, or you want to avoid using a device with a motorized, slide-out screen, this is definitely an option to consider.

As other have said, really terrible streaming Bluetooth performance. Avoid if you plan to use it for that.
Pretty disappointed. I got this to add Bluetooth to my truck -- specifically BT calling and streaming music. Turns out this has absolutely terrible BT Streaming music capability. After some testing, it is using the ancient SBC codec for bluetooth so it sounds absolutely terrible - with shrill and bad highs. With my phone 1 foot from the receiver it is constantly cutting out while streaming music as well, which makes it unusable. On top of that, on my Samsung Galaxy S8 (Running Android 8.0) it doesn't even show the track name/artist name. Just always says BLUETOOTH MUSIC as seen in the picture. Also, after several minutes of playback while cutting out randomly, the sound blipped and it sounded like a 5khz audio file. Barely intelligible. I switched to FM source and back and then it sounded back to "normal." The AUX in, USB and SD card input all seem to work and sound fine playing MP3 files, so all of the audio issues are specifically related to bluetooth.I'm glad I am bench testing this first and figured out these issues before going through the trouble of installing it in my truck. The overall user interface is slow and not great, but I wasn't expecting it to be great and it seems workable. The touch screen is a resistive touch unit and isn't that bright, so I would imagine it'll be very hard to read in the bright sunlight.Overall I'm really disappointed and I do not recommend you buy this if you plan to do any bluetooth music streaming at all...

Great deck if you don't care about Bluetooth
Great deck for the price, but to get what you pay for. The good: huge screen filled up 1.5 DIN nicely. Backup camera output is nice. It allows you to operate both in reverse or manually from the screen. The bad: One of the main reasons I made this purchase was for the hands free bt to play music. I understand bt is a step down in audio quality next to aux input, but it's not usually this much of a noticeable difference. The interference is terrible, consistently choppy. And the speakers peaked much earlier in loudness, at which point they distort the speakers. Switching to aux immediately alleviates the problem, but then you loose bt control from the deck and are back to being on your phone. The screen is also dim if you have a convertible. Bt voice calling is quiet but clear upon answering. Have to turn it up immediately..... All in all great deck. Just disappointed in the bt. If this was fixed, It would be 4-5 star rating.

Okay
It is okay, it can go kinda loud and sound decent. I got caught up with the power output (no mid/high amp) and filling in the empty space on my 98 silverado with this. I've had a few successful calls through the unit (nice not to need to run a separate mic) and I haven't even touched the video playback features nor do I care to. I should have done more research on this before buying. For audio there are essentially no options, we get bass, treble, fade, and balance controls which I find very disappointing. The fact I wont be watching videos makes the screen absolutely useless to me as I was counting on a more feature rich audio environment. All and all it sounds and looks okay, I'll probably try to sell it for a 50% loss and get a Pioneer (my staple) which fits my needs/wants much better along with a 4ch amp.
