This product is a quality product, but when it came in I noticed a few minor scratches on it. I contact customer service through "Whats app" and in less than a week I had a new one sitting at my door. Thank you guys for standing behind your product, I love it in my new shower

Im not complaining I think is a good product but it doesn’t have a odor stopper. The hair strainer gets clogged very easy have to clean every day but not difficult

This Linear shower drain is well made and looks great in my new shower. I was able to flip the center part of the drain cover and fill it with the shower tile floor and it turned out great

Had it for over 2 years now and must say that aside from it been nice aesthetically, it is NOT FUNCTIONAL. Water pools making a constant order if you don’t disassemble and clean almost every day. It might be that our floor isn’t straight and that’s what’s causing the problem, but it’s no fun cleaning the soap scum and buildup from under this drain.
