Dinosaur's Binkit

We received this book 26 years ago when my first son was born. The friend that sent it to me said it was her son's favorite. It became my son's as well. When my second child came along, it was their most requested bedtime book. They loved feeling the "Binket." When someone we know is having a baby, we always include this book as a gift. They come back later and tell us how much their child loves this book. Now that our children are older, they want to order so they can share with their friends children.

This book was a gift for a 3 month old. She loves the interactive part on each page. She spent several minutes "talking" to the dinosaur on the front cover. We have had many Sandra Boyton books of our own and we're thrilled to give one as a gift.

This is the sweetest story and the book is stordy! My grandson has put it to the test. He does try to take the blikit out of the book but it's still in one piece. He loves the story and it's a great bedtime book.

I bought this book for my ten month old son. He absolutely loves it. It has become a regular part of his bedtime routine and it is such a joy to see him giggle every time I exclaim "WHERE'S MY BINKIT?!!!' He also enjoys lifting the flaps. While I am reading another bedtime book, he is often looking over at where his 'Binkit' book is lying rather than listening to the other story, so he usually gets a second reading of it. Sandra Boynton's books are so wonderful in that they entertain the child and the adult in equal measure. We have a vast collection of her board books and expect to get a good few years of enjoyment out of them. 'Dinosaur's Binkit' has proved to be a particular hit in our household. Keep them coming, Sandra!

I first received this book as a baby gift for my daughter, who is now 12. She loved it as a baby and toddler- it’s adorable and interactive with flaps and the “binkit” to feel. It quickly became my go-to baby shower gift for new families! I love the Sandra Boynton baby books and this one isn’t as well-known as others. I highly recommend it!

One of the lesser boynton books in my view, stick with the main board books for value and fun, barnyard dance, my oh my oh dinosaurs and pyjama time are the best.

いろいろな仕掛けのある絵本です。1歳の愛娘も大好きで、本棚から真っ先に取り出してきては、仕掛けをめくって遊んでいます。 子供の頃、自分のタオルケットがないと安心して眠れない…という経験のある方々なら、とても共感できる絵本だと思います。この絵本に登場する恐竜は毛布がないと安心して眠れないんです。

I’m buying this book for the second time- it’s great. My son is obsessed. He shows me his own binkit when I read it. He loves it so much he ate the first one! 😩

Mein kleiner Neffe (zum damaligen Zeitpunkt ca. 1 Jahr alt) kürte dieses Produkt zeitweilig zu seinem Lieblingsbuch. Er mochte die spielerische Gestaltung (= aufklappbare Felder, fühlbare Stoffe etc.) der kurzen, aber äußerst niedlichen Geschichte sehr. Die Verarbeitung ist wirklich großartig und das Material ziemlich stabil, sodass das Buch nicht so schnell durch kleine Kinderhände zerstört wird.
