Speaking as someone who has to be in a walking boot for the next 8 weeks, the EvenUp is a lifesaver, speaking as a licensed massage therapist, it is a body saver. It fits all types of athletic shoes and flats and runs true to size...I wear a 9.5 to 10 and got the medium in the EvenUp and it's perfect. I've only had one shoe that seemed to slip around in it and that was a Dansko hiking shoe and I think it was because of how the shoe is made not the fit of the EvenUp. The tread of the EvenUp is slip resistant and works well on all surfaces. I don't feel like I'm going to slide or get caught on rugs. I used the boot alone for 3 days and my hips were not happy, nor was my back or legs. I've had the EvenUp for a week and I can feel a huge difference. I love that you can adjust the height with the inner soles to meet any need. It's easy to put on and take off and is definitely durable. All in all I would highly recommend getting one to go with your walking boot or cast. Your body will thank you.

Easy to put on and is a big help. It is stretchy, good thickness & fit! Very helpful with walking evenly, less pain and corrects the limp. Excellent product for those with this need.

This shoe lift works really well and stays securely in place throughout the day. It helped tremendously with balancing out the height difference while wearing a walking boot, reducing strain on my hips and back. It paired perfectly with the boot and made walking much more comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone recovering from a leg or foot injury.

So far so good 👍, it's a little too tall but better than a little too short. I found out that I actually have 1 leg an inch too short. I started wearing the heel inserts and my back pain went away. Only problem with them is that they only lift my heel and now my toes are getting scrunched up and hurting. 1" full inserts make my shoes too small so put the lifts on the OUTSIDE!These were easy to slip on the shoe, and work great! Although they can slip around on my shoe but I think if I add some Alien tape it'll stop.

I have been in a boot before without an Even Up and it was miserable; my back, hips, and legs ached all the time. Even Up keeps my back, hips, and legs level and I can walk without pain. It is adjustable for the height you need for the shoe you are wearing and is very simple to use.

This shoe lift is a must-have if you're in a walking boot/cast. It saves your knees, hips and back by allowing you to regulate your gait. My physical therapist recommended getting one of these. I like that there was the ability to adjust the height to what works best for you. It stays on and feels secure.

The EvenUp spacers for shoes are great. I am learing to walk using a walking boot and needed something to even my other leg up with the one in the boot. I like that they are adjustable. With the sneaker I was using I removed the thinner pad in the EvenUp and my legs are now equal in height. And I like that I do not have to put it on the sneaker every time I need to use. it. Great product and if you are needing to usea walking boot I strongly suggest you get an evenup shoe balancer. They are well worth the money.

Works really well. I have an air cast on one foot and needed something so I wasn't limping. Help to even off my steps. The only fault with it is that it does NOT have three adjustable height levels. It only comes with 2 different size heights. And instructions say you can not use just the base alone. Luckily the thin layer worked for me.
