A Christmas Carol: Book and Bible Study Guide for Teenagers Based on the Charles Dickens Classic A Christmas Carol

We used this in our Homeschool co-op. It was perfect for our group - it's the book and study guide in one. In depth questions created great "in-class" discussion. Love the scriptural references.

We homeschool and were wanting to read A Christmas Carol this year. We chose this because of the format with questions and bible verses after each chapter. We are a couple chapters in, and I am extremely pleased. It really helps you think about the true meaning of Christmas, the giving spirit of the season, and brings the family together for great conversation. You don't have to homeschool to enjoy this. It is perfect to read and discuss as a family during the Christmas season.

I just purchased this to use as a novel study for my daughter who is homeschooled and a freshman in high school. We plan to start the study in November, leading up to the Christmas holiday. The story of Scrooge is a perennial favorite and one my child will hear throughout her life. I think few people see Scrooge's story as a conversion experience. I am looking forward to exploring this story in a new light.

Excellent! My boys (10,11,12) and I completed this study leading up to Christmas. Study questions in the book are beneficial compared with having them separate; one book to keep track of. We really enjoyed it and highly recommend the DVD starring Patrick Stewart. It follows book closely but allows for movie vs book comparisons.
