I'd been looking for a water filter to filter my home's water for my family's well-being for days until I found this product. It's easy to install and of good quality. You have to have it.

It works
I’ve never had another type of water filter. I’m satisfied with this one. It seems to take chlorine taste out of the water. I would have no knowledge of what other things it takes out, but it works for us.

Great replacement filter for Multipure
I purchased a different aftermarket filter previously because I was disenchanted with the overpricing for the OEM Multipure MLM filters. But I decided to take a chance again when it came time for replacement, as I just couldn't stomach the amount Multipure is asking for theirs. I'm glad I did, as this turned out to be a great filter. True solid block carbon and an exact fit for the Multipure unit. Filters great and will be my go-to for replacement going forward.

Air bubbles constantly
I've used these filters before but never with so many air bubbles that it looks like I'm drinking something white. I've run the water through the filter many times for at least a week and it doesn't subside. I don't think the man that installed it turned that little device but he might have I asked him not to. I found instructions about timing the water in a glass for 20 seconds to fill a quart. Then adjust the angle stop value.Very easy to install, I had to tell a pumber how, boy he wasn't happy with a female telling him. I used to sell MPURE units and install them, then he understood my knowledge.I've never had a filter add air bubbles before. The photo shows bubbles after 24 hrs.

Filter replacement
This unfortunately was not what I expected. It does fit my filter but comparing to the original it is nothing like it. My original filter cartridge is heavy and thick. You can see and feel the quality. This replacement definitely does not reach the expectations. It is thin and does not weigh. It feels very cheap quality. Not sure if I cam return it. Once installed the water coming out now is greasy and with black residue. I gave it enough time to run the water and see if it was normal but it's still the same. I unfortunately do not feel safe drinking water from my filter now.
