This product was so easy to use and came with all the right tools needed to replace my iPhone screen. The only thing I wish was if they had a link included to a YouTube tutorial. I had to find my own. Well worth the price. Will purchase again if needed.

The display was dim from 1 day, nothing like the original iphone screen. After a few months the screen would go blank at random in the middle of use. Touch doesn't always work.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased to repair a screen on my son’s phone. I’ve had a lot of experience replacing screens in several different models. I used a heating pad and guide from iFixIt. The kit comes with most of what you’ll need, but I had to get my own tweezers and spudger.There is definitely a darkness to the screen that is a bit annoying. The 3D Touch works, the Face ID, speakers and cameras all work fine. There is a slight delay when scrolling, it’s less smooth. The thickness is noticeably different as the replacement is much higher profile. In a case it will not be noticeable. I’ll update as to how long it lasts in use by a 9 year old with a tempered glass screen protector and shockproof case.UPDATE: a short drop by my child caused the screen to separate into two pieces. See photos. I used superglue to reattach the two screen pieces because they were otherwise fine. I definitely wouldn’t trust it with water or another drop.
