The installation is quick once you know what to do. The installation manual could be better on describing where to put pressure on. But once you see the small tab on the outer rim after old pad is removed, you will understand how pads are supposed to be fixed to its place. The comfort level is quite good. I can't feel any difference from original pads. I also didn't experience deterioration of sound quality or effectiveness of sound isolation.

This product was half the cost Bose wanted from their site. The product came with easy to follow installation instructions. Works like new. I highly recommend and will buy again if I need to.

These are a perfect fit and an upgrade when compared to the 6 year old pads that were shedding that they replaced. I hope these new ones last 6 years, but only time will tell. For now, I cannot tell the difference sound isolation wise, they are just as comfortable, and they look so much better. I might come back and update this review based on longevity, but for now as of July 2024 they've only just been installed. **I did not change the scrim caps, mine looked fine and were still well adhered to the headphones so I left them alone (but I did clean them off/out) The slight learning curve is encountered when installing the new ear cups. There is a bit of a trick to getting the backing under the clips without feeling like you are going to break the clip off. Definitely take your time and stay patient. Also use your other hand to keep the ear cup seated while you keep working it under the other clips with the provided tool. With a couple failed attempts you will get the "feel" for it and it will get fully seated.

Easy enough to replace and they did fit, but they ripped apart about 20 months after replacement. Definitely not the same quality as the original bose.

I don't know why there are negative comments about this product. They were easy to install, they look great, they feel great, and aren't really that different from the original ear pad cushions.

I love how high quality the cushions feel, and are extremely comfortable to wear for a long time.

Quick and easy! Saved my Bose headphones. The ear pads were really messed up. Now they are like new again. And the price was super reasonable.

Positiv überrascht. Die Gebrauchtsanleitung war nicht komplett aber der Einbau war relativ intuitiv. Die Kopfhörer sehen wieder wie neu aus. Aber tatsächlich fühlt sich das Polster etwas fester an.
