FINALLY, a shoe that fits!
Finally a shoe that fits me! First, I don't write reviews b/c everyone has their own experiences. Having said that, I really appreciate these shoes. Second, having served in the military and giving birth to babies my feet are now flat and wide as a result. As a woman wearing a size 10, sometimes I shop in the men's section. I own every single name brand shoe ever made in my quest to find comfort. My closet is filled with expensive useless shoes that hurt my feet. Then, I came across these shoes. I was incredibly skeptical as I've never heard of this brand but I thought if this doesn't work out at least I have the option to return them. When I received them, honestly I was not impressed BUT then I put them on.OH MY GOODNESS!Finally, I found a shoe that fits me. They feel like a compression sock to me. My favorites. The gripe on the bottom is rubbery the way I prefer. The tow box is wide the way I like. The top is breathable and stylish. Even the lace-up cinch mechanism is convenient and on trend. It feels very much like the natural barefoot movement shoe (xĕŕø) brand but more studier in my opinion. In conclusion, This was a good purchase, well worth the money. I'll be buying another pair. I'm happy with these shoes. 10/10Hope this helps.

BUY THESE SHOES
I almost never write reviews, but these shoes are worthy of the five starts I’m giving them. First, I’ve had foot problems since middle school. Shoes just aren’t comfortable to me. I’ve spent thousands of dollars through the years trying to find a shoe that fits like these! When I first put them on, it was like nothing I’ve ever walked in and I could feel my toes actually helping me walk instead of being all mushed up in a narrow toe box. I even went on a hike and had zero knee pain for the first time in years! My only request would be make a cold weather version of this shoes for those who live in colder climates.Buy these! Your feet will thank you.

Perfect minimalist shoe
I love these shoes! I’ve had mine for a few months and got them to build strength in my feet and to counterbalance wearing high heels all week for work. I was getting pretty worried that prolonged wear of high heels and shoving my toes into tiny triangles would cause long term damage, so I got these shoes to wear when I am not at work. I take long walks in them as well as have done HIIT workouts, worn casually, and definitely for errands. They are so comfortable and my feet feel amazing!

a non-runner's review
i've not knowingly been into "minimalist", "barefoot", or "zero drop" shoes by those terms; I've always just preferred being barefoot or wearing shoes that were closest to it. Unwilling to pay premium prices, these Joomra shoes seemed worth a try. I wear 7-7.5 med US women's size, & these in 38 European size are good (the ordering option was 7.5-8, & i rec'd 38). They're comfortable, have a nicely roomy toe area without being sloppy, & look good in the green. I do not run or climb; way to old for that stuff these days. These are fine for regular wear, dog walking, woods walking, etc, IF you're used to this kind of shoe. If not, take time to get used to them slowly or your feet/ankles could get sore; these are not "supportive" shoes. I will say they are NOT non-slip, which i really needed them to be, but had to wear them on wet surface to find out, which cancels the option to return. Otherwise yeah, for the price, i like them ok after wearing them daily for a week. Cant speak to how long they'll last yet.

Great for broken leg
I purchased this with the last of my money after I broke my leg. I needed something that would fit well and have lots of grip protect my foot and would be easy to maneuver in. As well as easy on/off. These are absolutely perfect easy to balance in and my remaining ankle doesn't hurt when I get up in these like when I'm barefoot.

So comfy!
These are so comfy! I work farmers markets every weekend and am on my feet for about 8 hours on all kinds of surfaces (pavement, dirt, rocks, etc) and these have been great. My feet are not as tired as they were wearing "normal" sneakers. There's a lot of room for my toes to stretch and honestly kind of just feels like wearing socks with a little bit of a sole for protection. I'm normally a size 7 and I ordered the 6.5-7 option. The fit is perfect. They definitely fit more like a 7 than a 6.5 in my opinion. Highly recommend!

Even better than expected
These are my first pair of zero drop shoes with a wide (i.e., normal) toe box. I've always hesitated because of the cost, but I took a chance on these because of the good reviews and price. I was pleasantly surprised! I use them to work out indoors. They're very flexible but offer some support. Perfect for me! I got the 8.5 that I usually buy and they fit my wide foot well. I ordered two more pairs because of my experience with other companies' shoes changing from year to year. I bought black but I'm thinking of getting another color... :)

Great fit!! Sooo comfy!!
These shoes are by far the BEST shoes I have ever bought for my occupation! I have been a hairstylist “Behind the Chair” for 33 years! I have bought every shoe imaginable for this industry! Throughout the years I have thought the thicker the insole the better. But have found that they don’t allow the natural flexibility and movement that our feet need!! Instead of confining your feet, these actually allow your feet to move and function the way our feet are supposed to. Grounding your feet the way we should… wish I would have known about these years ago!! These are keepers!! I’m going to order more in other colors!! Love them!!

Really comfy, better than Merrell
I got these when I couldn't find the same model of barefoot Merrell running shoes that I had before, chancing it that a much cheaper pair might be OK.Initially I didn't like them as much, I thought they were rubbing slightly on the outer side of one foot. (This is my larger foot which was as a result of a calcaneal fracture years ago). But having stuck with them, I now love them. I have wide feet, and can be anywhere between 6 and 7, but I ordered 6.5 and they are great (though 7 would probably have been fine too). I always wear them with trainer socks. They are so comfortable. I think the sole is more foot shaped than the old Merrells, which is good. The bottom is slightly thinner, I think, but still thick enough that stony paths are not hurting the bottoms of your feet.I do loads of stuff in these, from dog walking, to running, to long hilly hikes. No problems at all. Obviously they would not be great in very wet, muddy, or boggy conditions, but having said that, I got my feet soaked in them stepping in a bog on the moor top, and they didn't rub despite still having 2+ miles to go. When running, they will make you run toe to heel without thinking about it, which means your knees do not take as much impact. With having had a serious foot fracture and uneven posture for years, I really think barefoot shoes have helped me strengthen my bad foot, because you have to use your feet muscles more (sometimes consciously), and not be reliant on the buoyancy of regular trainers. The extra effort has helped me to even out my posture, and even up the size of that calf muscle in comparison to my other calf.Barefoot trainers typically have thinner soles than regular trainers, which means they will wear out quicker. Which means you will have to replace them more often. Which means that I'm happy with the lower cost of these, compared to Merrell's barefoot shoes.Having worn barefoot shoes now for the last 2 or 3 years, I wouldn't go back to normal trainers. I would be very happy to buy these again when the soles wear out. I would recommend, even if you only want them for slobbing around the house, they are really comfy! Also, I think they would be fine if you put them in the washing machine, though I've not tried that yet.

Do not get wet - they go moldy very fast!!!
I really wanted to love these. In terms of a minimalist feel they're great, but the sole is a thicker rubber - I appreciated this as I do a lot of trails and hiking but if you're looking for a total foot to ground connection this maybe isn't the best. Also it is in NO way waterproof or resistant. Which is fine - it's not advertised as such. But what I'm really upset about - I had worn them on a slight mucky trail hike a week ago. When I got home I wanted to rinse them off and let them dry so the mud didn't cake in.I let them dry for about 12-15 hours by an open window in the bathroom (door open, fan running). The next day when I checked to see if they were dry, they were COVERED in mold. After such a short time. it makes me wonder what kind of bacteria lurks in there from normal use (if my feet get damp or sweaty)I'm undecided if I will even keep themI did recently order 2 more pairs as I didn't notice the different styles at first. If you order the all black with the velcro strap like I did, I recommend a half size up. They fit snug like a sock. I just ordered the lace up style hoping they will fit better but now I've seen how moldy these get after a quick rinse .. I'm tempted to cancel my order.Makes me wonder if anyone else had this issue.I wish I could return/exchange these ones as they are now ruined from a simple clean water rinse and air dry.

Great transitional shoe! Grippy, even on ice!
I bought these shoes after reading a recommendation for them on a minimalist shoe site (i believe it was Anya's?), as I'm looking to transition to minimalist to deal with a number of persistent foot issues. They were super comfortable right away - very boxy toe with lots of stretch in the upper fabric. I tried them out running a few errands around town, then took the plunge and wore them on a short hike (4km) on snowy/icy trails - experienced NO slipping, even on steep up/downhill spots where my companion was slipping and sliding. My feet weren't even damp when I got home! I will be buying more of these, without a doubt! Now if they'd only make a pair of winter boots that could handle -40!

Good barefoot transition shoe but suggest 1/2 size larger than normal
Main points:1. These are not wide enough in the toe box to be considered true barefoot style shoes, but may work as a transitional pair. While the toe box is shaped for a wider toe box, it is not all that much wider than regular shoes, they just don't taper at the end of the toes. I had hoped to wear my Correct Toes while wearing the shoes and this probably isn't going to happen unless the shoes stretch a bit in time.2. I normally wear a women's size 11 and had a choice between size 10.5-11 or 11.5 -12. I chose the 10.5-11 and these are snug both in length (my big toes are at the end of the shoes) and in the heel when putting them on. I suggest ordering a half size up, especially if you'll be wearing socks and/or just want a bit of room for your toes. The rest:I received a pair of women's size 10.5-11 Black on Black yesterday and wore them for 8 hours while working and running errands. They're definitely different than what I'm used to and that's what I was hoping. These have many characteristics of barefoot style shoes, so if you're not looking for barefoot shoe characteristics, you may not like these. One review I saw called them duck feet because of the wider toe box, but this is simply a foot-shaped shoe instead of pinching the toes together in a tapered toe box. They have a thinner, flexible sole and even more so if you remove the insole. That said, the stack height and sole thickness is a little more than a true barefoot shoe, making them great as a transition shoe. Zero drop heel means the shoe is flat from heel to toes. This is what I ordered to transition to barefoot style shoes and get my feet used to some of the characteristics while I work on strengthening my feet and correcting bunions naturally.I do think I will be happy with my purchase, and I'm hoping the fabric stretches just a bit for my big toes at the end. They seem well made so far and are just as fashionable as other shoes. They even make my large feet look smaller, a definite plus!If you have wide feet and/or larger volume feet (eg. high arches or puffy feet), these may not be suitable. If you have already achieved barefoot healthy feet with straight and splayed toes, you may not have enough room in the toe box of these shoes.Definitely a good transition shoe, thank you!Note about delivery not under the control of the seller - Intelcom delivered this to me in Alberta, Canada and I have major issues with this company leaving packages on my doorstep and not even attempting to see if I'm home to receive it. They don't even ring the doorbell and one is supposed to be attached at the hip to their device so they can see the email that notifies of delivery. I happened to check my email before bed and saw the message telling me it had been delivered sometime in the evening. Good thing, or it would've been out on the step all night (unless someone snagged it). If I can't have the item held at an Amazon flex delivery location (like this item was not eligible for flex delivery), I sometimes do not place the order because I know Intelcom is always the company contracted for delivery in my city. Intelcom had no policy for "hold for pickup" due to the pandemic and this makes the experience less enjoyable, wondering if I'll be home when delivered or worrying about potential theft.

Amazing barefoot running shoe but size differs depending on colour!!
I’m adding to my original review below…I’ve worn the dark grey ones for a few months and the size is perfect. I ordered the all black ones to have another pair but the style is a bit different and they are a snugger fit. Still awesome, but I recommend going up a size if you are buying the all black style. I will be returning them and purchasing the next size. I’ve been a barefoot distance runner for years running in the Merrel Trail and Vapour Gloves. They changed the design and fit of those shoes and they were no longer comfortable. After I broke a bone in my foot, I feared barefoot running was over for me.I decided to give these a try as they seemed to offer a touch of extra padding under the big toe (where my injury was), while still maintaining a barefoot feel. I found them true to size with extra room in the toe box…which is necessary when barefoot running as your toes need ample room to splay naturally without feeling confined. This was an amazing feature compared to the Merrel barefoot shoes which are VERY narrow. They are very much a barefoot shoe but offer a slight amount of cushion under the big toe and heel which make your feet very happy. They are breathable and don’t smell at all. I recommend airing them out after each run…meaning don’t keep them sealed in a gym bag or cupboard and you won’t have any issues. I have never worn socks (which you shouldn’t in barefoot shoes) and have accumulated about 150 miles worth of running in them in the last 4 months. They don’t smell AT ALL and they look brand new! I couldn’t be happier with them. I’ve never gotten a blister or formed calluses as I have in other barefoot shoes. The interior is nice and soft. The price point is the cherry on top! Half the price of other barefoot shoes on the market!!I’m buying another pair to add to my collection.Don’t hesitate to buy these because they are inexpensive, they are a quality and comfortable barefoot shoe!!Happy running!!
